When I asked for help, I got it at a good price. After the repair was done, another unrelated issue came up and they came shortly after I called.

Frankie was excellent! Called right away, came when I wanted him. Identified the issue. Very honest. Outstanding value. Will call him again for sure.

They were very efficient, diagnosed problem quickly and ordered part so they were back the next day with the part. Also cleaned necessary parts so refrigerator would cool until part arrived.

Very timely for the appointment.

Lorenzo was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. There was a problem with our oven igniter and he fixed it right away. They were running late and they let me know through text.

Initially had an apt between 11am - 4pm. No one showed, called the company and was told i would receive a call right back. Never received a call back. Called the next day and said they were provided the wrong address and would reschedule for the next day. Next day, he showed up LATE (by 2 hours) He came in and looked at my fridge and said my hose and fan needed repaired. He took my fan and said he would give a call back within an hour to let me know if he needed to order the part. Nobody called me back. It had been hours without hearing from them, I called back to ask why and they were very disrespectful - hung up the phone on me and then ignored my calls. VERY unprofessional, NOT timely at all, and very disrespectful.

Excellent could not have been better called them they were here in 20 min they were in the area finished the repair in less than 1 hr had the parts on his truck

Spoke with Frankie this morning about a refrigerator that wasn t cooling and he new immediately what was wrong with it. He sent out his technician within a couple of hours that was newer but just as knowledgeable. Refrigerator is working great. Thanks guys. Joyce Dawood

Frankie called within 30 minutes, was at my residence same day and had a replacement part on him. Pleasant transaction from start to finish, and completed the same day where others could not come out for a week or more to take a look.
