Overall, excellent. It would have been good if they had given me a phone call before coming for the second visit to install the new part. I had no idea when they were coming and could have been out. Fortunately, I was at home and was happy to see that my refrigerator was about to be fixed.

This company is a bad business. They gave me an estimate, told me I needed a transmission for my washer at a cost that seemed reasonable so I agreed to allow them to complete the work. They came up with excuses and failed to show for 4 days before coming to do the work with a clutch. When the clutch did not resolve the issue, they then stated that I needed a transmission and attempted to charge me more than the price we originally agreed upon. After I went on their website and realized they have other reviews that state identical issues as my experience.

They were fast to answer the call. They made it the same day and came in schedule. Matter of fact he was early which was alright with me. The price was lower than his competitors. A family owner business can our best the big boys. I definitely will add them to my preferred list. Thanks Frankie you rock.!!!

Frankie called right away to set up an appointment and provide an estimate. The technician that came to the house, Lorenzo, was very helpful. He diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher quickly and provided a competitive estimate for the repair.

He provided an estimate over the phone and stuck to it. The price was very good. Franky even went above and beyond and replaced the dryer vent exhaust and ordered a new washer knob at no charge. I would use them again and would recommend them to others.
