Great company. Professional, courteous, quick to respond, knowledgeable and overall nice people to work with!

They were lightening fast responsive! Here within an hour of my call. They arrived and Frankie knew right away what the problem was with our washing machine. Fixed it right then and there. It was more expensive than what I anticipated BUT way cheaper than a new washer! I d absolutely hire them again.

Professional and friendly. Responded within ten minutes after I submitted my project request. Arrived on time, very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to family and friends.

My only concern was price, I usually comparison shop, and because this was an emergency I'm not sure if I could have made a better deal, but that's on me. Overall I would highly recommend their services. Great job guys.

The work was done quickly. They also made a suggestion to help the same trouble from happening again. The price was the only thing that kept me from giving them 5 stars but they say it was the cost of the part that made the price so high.

Every place said it couldn t be done. Appliance said not so fast. They came to look in person. They had near certain confidence they could deliver. It worked. They saved me at least $7k.

Frankie did everything he promised he'd do, including keeping me informed as to his ETA. I couldn't be happier.

Great response time, my only points docked would be that the problem they were hired to fix (a smokey smell when I run my dryer) will still occur every once and a while and it's now two weeks after the repair. They had mentioned whatever they replaced should've fixed this and any lingering smell would go away and to use extra dryer sheets until it clears up, but it just makes me a little nervous that it's still happening. However, it has NOT caught on fire and is hopefully clearing up more and more with each use, hence the 4+ review. They seemed like stand up people that would come back and fix anything if it remained broken but hopefully I will not have to test that theory :)

Friendly/courteous and professional. They were here within 2 hours of initial call. Clearly explained what was wrong (igniter on dryer went bad) and replaced it. Answered my questions. Also had them clean it out. Will keep them in mind for future appliance repairs needed!
