+ -1 moreAs my building has multiple units with multiple sewer lines converging into one, before meeting the main city sewer, it took some time to scope each line and turn in the line. Each homeowner's unit was respected and cleaned nicely by Apex. Each homeowner was advised on the process about to take place with the scope. Communication was great. In the end, all were satisfied and had piece of mind when then the full day of work was complete.
Description of Work: My building experienced what seemed to be a sewer backup due to clogged lines. We hired Apex to scope the lines with a camera to identify any clogs/issues.

+ 2 moreBogdan and his coworker were always prompt, always cleaned up after themselves, did everything that was asked, came up with creating and inexpensive solutions for certain problems and was a pleasure to deal with as issues arose. He sub-contracted out the floor-sanding, but was present when it occurred and extremely attentive to detail throughout the entire project. He also was extremely responsive and sensitive to the timing and deadlines. I cannot wait to use him again at our home.
Description of Work: Bogdan was recommended by my realtor to perform a variety of services to help prepare our rental condo for sale - painting (interior and roof), drywall patching, floor sanding/finishing, replacing ceiling fan, under-cabinet lights, glass shower door repairs, and a number of other "handyman" issues.
