Apartment Guys

We worked with Tareq, who goes by Rick. What we liked about Rick was that he was very good at showing up apartments that met our standards and must haves. He was always on time, and very good at telling us about the apartments strengths and weaknesses. He made us feel very comfortable, and not at all pressured.

We called, made an appointment, emailed a list of our needs and met our leasing consultant Jenny Barreault at their office that afternoon. She drove us to see several apartments and we were amazed at how good they were. However, I felt we should see a few more and requested another appointment the next afternoon. This way she had time to do more research. In the second afternoon we found an apartment we definitely wanted. The agency is paid by the apartment lessor, not by the renter.
