They were professional and on time. Did a two story home inside and out in 2 hours They helped me with a minor window problem I have had for years and did not know how to fix. They also repair screens for a reasonable price. The quality was really A- or B+. My only issue was a window that is very prominent that has a squeegee mark on it. I did not notice it before they left. There were also some drops on the floor I had to clean up. I am sure if I had called them they would have come back to clean the one window.

Our windows had not been cleaned in a million years. He did such a thorough and wonderful job on our windows. He was able to make a rapid and accurate bid for the job. He did the work by himself.

David is great! In addition to doing a great job on the windows, he checked the gutters for leaves, and also offered to caulk a greenhouse window that had been leaking without charging me.

THEY SAID THAT THEY WOULD DRIVE BY AND PHONE THE FOLLOWING WEEK WITH AN ESTIMATE. THEY NEVER CALLED SO I PHONED THEM TO FOLLOW UP. THEY AGAIN DID NOT RETURN MY CALL.
