It took a few weeks to find the right unit, but Anne Marie took the time to secure what we wanted and than did a great and very professional job on the negotiations.. We received a fair price within our budget and Anne Marie was there with us until we signed the final documents at closing. She is very professional, caring and I now consider her a friend. Would very much look forward to doing business with her again!

When we first started looking for a place we were contacted by multiple agents before we started working with Anne Marie. So given that we had a sense of how other agents work we strongly felt that Anne Marie is the best agent we will find. Anne Marie is honest, upfront, never pushed us towards making decisions we were uncomfortable with, very knowledgable about the market (and explained everything in detail), highly responsive and generally a pleasure to work with. She’s really one of these people who do their job exceptionally well and with integrity. We ended up having to put our search on hold after a few months due to personal circumstances, but when we’re looking again we’ll definitely continue to work with her and going to strongly recommend her to friends who are looking to buy.
