Anderson Pest Solutions responded quickly. They clearly know their stuff. They figured out the problem, patiently answered all of our questions, didn't try to oversell, and were great with follow up. I would recommend them.

They did a good job and they come every three months. They also come whenever I call them. They treat inside and outside and I would recommend them.

The service was great. The problem was that I double paid the first bill. It took 5 phone calls ,4 emails and four months to get my money back. I cancelled future service via email and phone. Anderson still charged my card and say they came anyway, when I wasn't home. I don't know if they came or not. If you hire them don't give a credit card number.

Here's the problem, I called them up and they had very good grades in Angie's List. I was having problems with clothes-eating moths and I also mentioned to them that there were some silver fish in the bathroom so those have to be exterminated. It wasn't the major problem. The main reason I called was the clothes-eating moths and I explained that initially. And the woman I spoke to first immediately went to a big sales kitchen, monthly or quarterly check-ups on pest control and whatever else, but I think that was odd since they have never been here before. They didn't even know what the problem was. So, the technician came up, very professional, on time. I liked him. He basically told me there was not and he could do it for me. I was explained from the get go when I contacted Anderson Pest Control what my problem was. So, here I didn't know what to do. He took care of the silver fish and I was charged $186 for the entire visit. I wouldn't use them again. I think that if they couldn't do anything, they should have said so right away. If I were running that business, what I would have said to the customer, look I can come out and take a look at this but I'm not sure if we had the experience on stuff, we would do our best. If we cannot help you, we will refund part of whatever our charge was. I just thought that it was bad business. I wouldn't use them again. The only reason I give them a "B" is because of the technician. He was honest and really was trying. They came out as far as I needed them. There were two contacts, the technician and the front office. Most of my contacts was the technician. So, I don't want to hurt him, I would give him an "A". He was very professional.

Went well. No mice.

They come once a quarter. Since they came in the summer I've had no problems with spiders around the entrance doors. My one complaint is that they state their service hours Mon-Fri - but they do in fact have Saturday hours so I was able to have them check inside to make sure I had no recurrence of last year's mice problem. I think they are a little expensive but cannot deny they are efficient and effective.

The service worked out well. I found them on Angie's List. He came out, took about an hour, went through my moms basement, and put some stuff down because that is where they were coming in from. 3 days later, we saw some more bees, and he came back out again, put some more stuff down. He didn't charge us again, and he said that there was no charge for every time he came back. We called him 2 times after that, and he didn't charge us. We didn't have a problem after that. They were yellow jacket bees so they are aggressive. He did a very good job, and he was very patient with us. My mom didn't go down there because the washer and dryer were down there, and he did what he needed to do, to keep her calm. I will call him to my house for the summer, because we had wasps, and so I will call him for that.

The service was excellent. This is my second time using them. The technician was great and the ants were gone a day later. He was competent, efficient, prompt and even took measures to make sure my cats would not get into the treatment. I was very impressed and will continue to use them. I would highly recommend them. The same technician came out as last year and he immediately remembered where I had the ants the previous year, which was impressive. It was nice to have a familiar face come out to my home.

They are always very professional, responsive and punctual. We have had great success with having them take care of some ant intrusions into our home as well as bees/wasp nest on the outside of our building. We really like that they use natural products and avoid using harsh chemicals and they have mainly been very effective in dealing with any of our issues and concerns. For some reason we keep getting a few yellow jackets appear in our basement (one will pop up every few weeks) and we have had them come out repeatedly but they have never been able to figure out where they are coming from our completely eliminate the issue. This has been may only concern with their otherwise great service. The price is a little steep in my mind and it feels tough when you go through a a month or 6-months without any issues and you are still paying $100-200. The program includes regular checkups, but for us, those have in general been very uneventful. It's been their responsiveness in coming out for a specific issue that has been the main benefit of the program.

I have tried to hire Anderson pest solutions on two occasions .The first time was this past winter . They cancelled the appointment saying and quot; we don't send our trucks out when it's snowing and quot; . I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt , assuming they can't inspect the foundation or find how the pests are getting in while it's snowing . I gave them their second chance this week on Monday . They said someone would be here between 1:00 - 3:00 on Wednesday . 3:30 rolled around and no one showed , so I called to complain and they told me that they had me scheduled for a week from Thursday . I'm not sure how they missed the date by 8 days ,but they did . To their credit they checked to see if someone was immediately available , no one was . They offered to reschedule and offered a discount , but by this time I was a little frustrated at the process and decided against rescheduling . They were courteous and did what they could to rectify the situation , but they are zero for two in my book .

They are great. We have a contract with them for rat control. The ant prevention is super fantastic and it is non-toxic. They always come out within a couple of days and it is very affordable. The people are always really pleasant. The guys are really nice. They put on shoe covers. We got a couple of other quotes. We only use them when we need them so we don't have a contract for the pest control.

They were professional on the phone, provided good information, coordinated with the tenant, provided reports after each visit.

They are very friendly, unobtrusive, and very helpful.

They seemed to provide good service. I don't remember why exactly I used them but I was happy with what they did. I don't remember how much I spent.

They work with property owners. They have come into my home. The owners hired them. They appeared to be very good.

I have been using them for four years. They initially helped me with an ant problem. If I have any problems in between service visits, they will come more often.

Anderson Pest Solutions comes to spray the exterior of my home. I like that they inspect the premises and always leave a detailed report of what they find and their recommendations. I will continue to use Anderson Pest Solutions.

The gentleman that came to the house was very professional. I am in a contract with them to keep regular pest control on my property. I am happy with their services.

I was pleased. They were prompt, thorough, and got rid of the ants.

He came out when he said he would. He was professional, but he wasn’t able to do what we needed him to do. He couldn’t get to the top of the house as he didn’t have a ladder. He gave me an estimate beforehand, but when it came to do the work couldn’t because he didn’t have a ladder. Everything else was okay with the setting up of the appointment and so forth.

They were great. They came out immediately within the hour. They completely got rid of the nest, just like they said they would. They did it in one shot.

I like them very much. My assistant was the person who dealt with them. They are very professional. They went in to look at the building to see if they got inside but they didn’t get anything inside the building. It was extremely helpful to know since I have a basement which we are planning to finish off. So I wanted to know if they got inside and they hadn’t. Everything about them was excellent and they were great. It’s a family owned business and they have been in business for many years now. They impressed me and we are going to use their services in the future too.

Pete Barrett came himself, with two assistants, and "dusted" the holes so that the adult bees would carry the pesticide in with them when entering the nest. Afterwards, the exposed undersides of all horizontal members of the porch likely to attract bees in future were treated. There was a two month guarantee, since carpenter bees may build nests all season long, unlike wasps. The work was done in June, and our monitoring until early September revealed no return of the bees nor new holes. (The day following the procedure I did observe two adult bees, one male and one female, checking out the holes and the boards, but they flew away and never returned.) The procedure worked well, was completed in about an hour, and efficiently. It may have to be repeated next year though, since carpenter bees are noted for returning year after year and enlarging the galleries - perhaps the offspring of these parents, or other bees. Make sure your unpainted porch/deck is treated some way, because carpenter bees do not like painted, or varnished, wood. WARNING: CARPENTER BEES: If you see unexplained sawdust on your porch or deck, look to see if there are perfect round drill holes, about 5/8ths inches in diameter nearby, in the underside of a horizontal member of your porch or deck, like a joist or stringer. If so, call the pest control company immediately. Long term these bees can cause serious damage!
