Aaron Anderson is a scammer and steals money from the elderly and anyone else he can take advantage of. He was so friendly and wooed me into believing he was a good person. I should have done my research. His invoices were never clear and he didn’t bring forward the balance. I am a trusting person so I took him by his word, which was stupid of me. Most everything that comes out of his mouth and that he promises is a lie. I hired him to convert my garage into an ADU. He charged me 35K up front and stupid me, I believed him and paid him. 14 months later no work had been started and he did a bunch of other work around my home that he charged me triple price for including a waterless hot water heater for $6000 and it leaked. I just had a real plumber come out to fix his terrible work. He charged me 20K for a roof that leaked as soon as it rained. I had to pay someone else to fix his work. The shower that he replaced leaks because he left out the screws to the faucets. He found problems that I didn’t have and fixed them and then charged me triple for them. He uses the classic scams that should have been red flags that I ignored because I had already given him so much money. The list goes on with his scams, but I’ll leave it here. Do not trust him. Do not give him your money. He will take advantage of you. If you want more details, feel free to contact me. He changed out the floors for a friend of mine and now they are buckling and Aaron Anderson is no where to be found.

My bathroom had not been updated since 1966 and water had been dripping from the second floor to the basement. They gutted and gave me a new bathroom replacing rotted wood, fixing the utility room ceiling that was water damaged, making sure everything was structurally sound and then giving me a gorgeous updated bathroom, better than I could have imagined. Kathy is wonderful to work with, the men are incredibly hard working (long days), courteous, kept area contained and cleaned while people were living there. The whole job took 5 days. The price was more than fair and reasonable for the quality of work done. I run anxious and Kathy was so patient and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I will never use anyone else.
