Anderson Certified Cleaning Technicians

This was a gift for a senior which is a friend of mine. She thought she needed a new rug for her bedroom but after the cleaning she no longer wanted new carpeting. The man was nice and did a Great Job. I will now use them for other people. Would Recommend!!!!!

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. They were very responsive. They came out and did a good job. I had a very good experience with them. My tenant actually called, made the appointment and dealt with them directly She said they came out and it was all positive. I think overall it was fabulous. I’m not sure if they arrived on time or not.

They did a very good job. They were very helpful. The carpeting in the rental unit has worn a bit and they were able to redo the work so it turned out very well.

Messy, and not clean. Very unprofessional.

Called on Monday and they came on Tuesday. Cleaned my stairs, rugs, and sectional. Did a great job.

They were able to come over the day that I called and clean the carpet. They use a chemical spot treatment and hot water with a vaccum extraction. Because the time and effort to bring the equipment in, they have to charge you for a full room and not just the "spot" that you have treated. The area cleaned will be wet for a while afterwards so keep that in mind if you need to walk on the carpet. Your best bet is to have them just do the whole room, even if you need a spot cleaned, if you can live without going in there for a while.

The tech was prompt and polite. He cleaned our living room in about 45 minutes with great results.

It went well. He arrived on time, worked quickly and was helpful when I asked an unrelated question. As for the carpet cleaning it self, the guy told me the stains might not come out, but he'd do his best. The stains were diminished, but you could still see the area that was stained. I've used Anderson Certified before and I will use them again.

Great job! Rafael , my service tech, was very professional. He arrived on time, worked hard and obviously took pride in what he did. I actually had a couple stains that the last cleaners had told me would not come out and Rafael did get them out. I was impressed! I would certainly use these guys again!

The carpet was cleaned but pink marks did not come out.

We purchased a Big Deal for Anderson and had them clean the carpet. For a couple of years our dog had some stomach issues (he's fine now!) which made for nasty mess on our carpet. We always spot cleaned, but the damage was done. I mention this to illustrate that Anderson had a tough job ahead of them and they did a decent job under the circumstances. Our carpet is still pretty gross (we'll end up replacing it) but they did a great job and there is an improvement. I'll add that they spent a very long time working on the room and they met our expectations. Bottom line: I'd use them again.

Rafael arrived on time,was very professional and did a good job.He pre treated the most heavily soiled areas and put little risers underneath the furniture after cleaning,keeping the furniture from negatively impacting the drying time. Most of the heavy soil has disappeared, and the normal dust and dirt is completely gone

Purchased Angie List special deal. When I called, the owner asked whether me the coupon was still valid. My initial impression was that he was not enthusiastic about providing the discounted service, but he followed up as promised and scheduled the work in a timely and convenient manner. The actual service call took place on time as scheduled. The carpet cleaner was polite and professional.

Technician was careful, not banging furniture. He seemed particularly throrough when I told him I've had trouble with dog "accidents". He replaced runner when done. Good worker!

These guys are the best. I was told all my options from the very start. He quoted me a price and stuck to it. He even did a little extra, even though he didn't need to. He was not the cheapest quote, but the service was exceptional. Rule of thumb: You always get what you pay for. Highly recommended!!!!

We got 6 inches of water in our basement after a torrential storm. Anderson Certified was out there right away. They got the water out of the basement and did such a good job getting it cleaned up that we did not have any mold or have to replace any drywall in our basement. They even showed us how to prevent floods in the future. They are awesome!

Dan didn't promise the pre-existing stains would come out completely but expected they could be lessened. Since we have small children, we preferred to clean the existing carpet since it will probably get trashed in the next few years. The worst stains came out much better than expected and only one or two stains remained but are barely noticable. I have used Anderson twice now, and continue to be impressed by how hard they try to exceed your expectations

We were referred to Dan @ Anderson Certified Cleaning and he informed us that based on their experience and equipment, they could thoroughly cleanse the carpet (and pad) to save us money. Dan came in, soaked the carpet, penetrated the areas where the dog urine existed and then used a special piece of equipment to extract the dirty water. Then Dan put some air movers in the unit to dry out the carpet faster. As a bonus, he also brought in an Ozonator to cleanse the air in the apartment. Two days later, a new tenant moved in and the place was great. We are very fortunate to have been referred to Dan.

It went great. I am very satisfied with their work.

Cannot say enough about how good this experience was despite a rotten circumstance (flooded basement)
