Description of Work: I'd needed the carpet cleaning done within a week, and they were extremely accommodating in fitting me into their schedule. They were also very patient with last-minute with condo association approval problems I had for bringing in their equipment. They worked late to finish the job, which was done well.

Description of Work: Carpet cleaning: 3 rooms and hallway, Rug cleaning. The carpet and the rug were all heavily stained with spilled food and coffee. The two technicians spent a lot of time and effort. But they promised to return 1) in order to use some other stain remover or technique on the rug, And 2) to clean and seal the bathroom floor tile grout. We agreed that they would return on the following Friday. They were no-shows. When I telephoned, the technician said that they were backed up with an unusually heavy work load (there had been some massive rainstorms sand basement flooding in the intervening days). The technician said he would get back to me sometime "next week." He never did.
