Found them on BBB website, which gave them an A rating. Quoted me to install a flood control system in my home after the big flood..Should have suspected from the beginning, as the owner asked me for a deposit for the job in advance (half the cost)..So he goes out of town with my money and says he'll start the job in 2 weeks..They show up, do the install and he puts this ridiculously large concrete cover on the system..In the consult, I explicitly said if the flood control was to be installed inside, that the cover had to be level with the floor. This cover extended 6 inches above ground and the owner stated to me that, it was code for the type of job. I subsequently had an inspector come out and he laughed at the work.. In hindsight, I was so eager to have some safety control against floods in my house that I hastily made a bad decision to use these guys..Don't make the same mistake I did!!!
