Description of Work: A technician from American Thermal Window inspected my balcony door where I have cold air seeping through the seal in the winter. He recommended a simple fix to the latch that previous contractors had not pointed out. There was no charge and he saved me the time and expense of an entire door replacement. Very professional and would definitely engage ATW again.

Description of Work: American replaced about 40 windows in our home with very nice marvin windows. They did a great job with terrific attention to detail and were competetive on price. We would use them again without a doubt. Some of the windows we replaced were pella which are clearly inferior products to the marvin. Very happy.

THE CREW WAS ON-TIME AND DID A REASONABLE JOB INSTALLING AND CLEANING UP. WE RECENTLY DISCOVERED THAT 3 OF THE WINDOWS WEREN'T COMPLETELY SEALED TO THE SILLS, SO THEY CAME OUT WITHIN A WEEK AND REMEDIED THE PROBLEM.
