I would recommend American Superior to anyone who wants to get their deck built. Leo and the other installers were fantastic carpenters and they installed the deck to my exact specifications . Rick addressed my every concern and every time I texted him he called me right back. I shopped around extensively for someone to so my deck and they came in with the most reasonable estimate plus they included my patio off my kitchen . Thanks Rick for everything, will send you a picture when I set everything up.

I have worked with a number of contractors in my life, but I have never worked with a crew this professional, prompt, respectful, and through. I had an exceptionally tight timeframe to get my old roof deck torn down and the new one installed. Fortunately, I hired American Superior Roofing and Construction because upon removing my deck they identified a significant roof issue caused by poor construction by the prior roofers which was allowing water into my unit. The team quickly evaluated the entire associations roof and determined that the roof required significant repair. A number of second opinions confirmed their belief. But guess what? They were still able to repair my roof and complete the project according to the initial schedule. Not only was their craftsmanship impressive, the folk at American Superior are also kind, good people who feel like are on your team the whole way. Rick, the owner, is also very communicative, provides excellent updates, and doesnâ t just leave the work to his crew. I could not provide a stronger recommendation.

Rick and his incredible team of professionals far exceeded our expectations. The project, included a complete demolition of our backyard. They installed and build a beautiful new cedar wood fence. They tore down an old deck with a pergola and installed beautiful pavers. They rebuilt and sided our existing garage. Finally, they build a gorgeous new, raised deck off the back of our house. Every worker was friendly, conscientious, and extremely talented. The workmanship is outstanding. Thank you, thank you, thank you to Rick and his entire team. We will most certainly be working together again.

We are thrilled with the new back deck Rick and his team built for us. Itâ s exactly what we wanted and the quality is wonderful. I canâ t say enough good things about their customer service and communication. Iâ m the client who wants to know everything, and Rick and the guys accommodated (with great spirit) my requests. I felt comfortable talking to everyone and they had great ideas on how accomplish what we wanted. The project was done much faster than we expected as well, even in challenging weather conditions.

What a great experience !!!!! Rick and his staff were great showed up every time he said he would and was very accessible when I had questions.They completed the project inside the time frame and budget. I love my deck and I would recommend anyone who wants to install a deck to use them.

They completed two different jobs for me in two different buildings. One job was tuckpointing and the other was a new flat roof installed. Each job was completed timely and professionally. I was kept informed of any issues with photos as well as the work progress. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the price I paid for the work.

We worked with Mike and his team at American Superior Roofing on our roof top project. The second step of our project was to build a roof top deck with privacy fence and gate. Combined with step one of our roof top project, this was a large home service purchase, which can be very nerve-wrecking to work with a stranger! How can you trust a stranger with a $$$$ project? Well, our nerves were calmed when we met Mike with American Superior Roofing. We liked him instantly and he gave us very reasonable costs and furthermore- explained why items were the cost they were. Our project for decking came in at the cold and rainy part of October which had us (again) nervous about job completion. However, Mike and his team (master builder Carlos and assistant Gustavo) completed our job in a timely manner and finished the job with a finished product that was better than what we had before! And- even better than our neighbors! Fantastic, solid, sturdy work that we are confident will last for years to come. As we are selling our home, this project was an important step to put our property on the market. We absolutely would hire American Superior Roofing again for any type of roof service and any kind of deck build in the future for our new property as they have earned our trust! And, as their name implies, offered a â superiorâ service!!!

The first step of our project was to assess our existing roof, identify and address needed repairs, and seal the entire roof top as part of ongoing maintenance. Mike clearly pointed out troubled areas, and worked with his team to thoroughly address and repair those issues. We are relieved to know that the work has been completed completely and thoroughly. We absolutely would hire American Superior Roofing again for any type of roof service as they have now earned our trust!

Rick and his guys did great work building our garage roof deck. He recommended patching some areas of the roof prior to doing the work (something none of our other bids did) so that we could avoid any water issues. His team got the work done quickly and completely. The deck is solidly built and looks great. We'd recommend Rick for anyone looking to build something timilar.

We hired Rick and his team to install a Trex composite wood rooftop deck and porch and had a great experience. From start to finish, Rick was extremely communicative and transparent and always took the time to explain things to us in a way that was clear and helpful. Our condo had just had a new roof put down â which is why we had torn up our original roof deck and made plans to install a new one with composite wood â and Rick flagged a few soft spots that needed to be checked before installing heavy decking on top of them. This ultimately led to us discovering that our previous roofing contractors should have done a complete tear-off and replacement instead of putting down a new layer on top of the existing roof, adding unnecessary weight and sealing in a new layer of moisture (the latter of which was solely a result of their incompetence). Because we were anxious to get our roof deck back, and we wanted it done right, we had Rick's team tear up the 400-square-foot portion of the roof where the deck would be installed and put down a whole new roof. Sadly, the superior quality of their work compared to that of the previous roofers was immediately apparent. They then installed Trex Enhance Naturals Foggy Wharf decking on our roof and on the side porch off of our master bedroom and both look absolutely fantastic. We really appreciated Rick's attention to quality and safety â there are many contractors who would have put the deck down without bothering to make sure the roof underneath was sound. By taking the time to do things right, Rick saved us from having to deal with nightmarish leaks and structural damage a few years from now. Our HOA is currently going after the other roofing company for negligence but our plan is to eventually have Rick and his team fix the shoddy work that was done and install composite decking on the remainder of the roof. Rick also made recommendations about the various Trex product options that ultimately save us around $2,500, which we really appreciated. After several recent bad experiences with contractors, Rickâ s professionalism, candid communication and quality work were a breath of fresh air. We have already recommended him to friends and will definitely be using him again for future work.
