+ 6 moreEverything was really good. There a couple of things that had to come back and do but when we asked them to come back they did so promptly and they performed everything to our satisfaction. They were friendly, professional, prompt and within budget. They were punctual and they adequately staffed each job which was important to us. They did an excellent job on our kitchen with a granite island and maple cabinets.
Description of Work: They put room additions to various parts of our house. Also, roofs, windows and they did all the foundation work for the additions and a deck. They also did carpentry work.

+ 7 moreWe were very pleased with the progress and workmanship and always kept apprised of what was going on. The first day was the demolition. The 2nd day they put in the header and wiring for lighting. Next was the drywall, sub-flooring and sockets.Things moved right along. The only wait time was for ordering the quartz counter-top which took about a week. They can not order the counter until all the cabinets were installed and they made a template to insure the proper fit. Workmen were highly professional and competent and cleaned up the work area daily. All our encounters were pleasant and enjoyable. Excellent experience with management and loved the results.
Description of Work: We did an all kitchen remodel going all the way down to the studs. Soffits and a bearing wall were removed to give our split level an updated open concept look.They were able to install the header up in the attic to give the kitchen and dining room a unified ceiling and the light fixture/fan was moved and canned lights put in ceiling. We also had under cabinet lighting installed and a hanging lamp over the stove. Tall cabinets with crown molding were installed on 3 walls. All doors and drawers are soft close. The bottom cabinets have pull-out shelving. There are corner cabinets, with the bottom one having a lazy susan with a bi fold door. Counter-tops are quartz and the back splash is a 6' by 6' ceramic tile installed in a diamond pattern. They installed our new appliances: over the range microwave with hood; a free standing stove; and dishwasher. They also connected the water line to an existing refrigerator for our ice-maker. A new red oak floor was also installed and finished along with painting of walls. Along with all of this, there were small little repair taken care of: knick in wall by side door patched and painted, stopper on door installed so it won't hit the wall, per fa taping on dining room ceiling fixed and painted. We definitely picked the right contractor. It was a pleasure working with everyone.
