Larry was very responsive and provided good service to meet our needs. He called and checked before and after the installation to see how satisfied we were. He was very responsive in meeting some of the specific requests we made even though it was not in the original quote. The product he used was not the top of the line but adequate for what we need. The price was excellent. I would recommend Larry to anyone.

Larry was really responsive and easy to work with. No pressure when I told him I was getting other quotes. His came in at the best price. The carpeting was installed in time and on budget. The crew was really polite, helped move furniture, took the old carpet with them and vacuumed when done. Overall it was pretty painless

After shopping aaround at the big box stores as well as that singable phone number place we all love, we went with American Carpet Distributors. It was a little more than what was quoted at the big box stores but they had a level of product and personal attention that just wasn't there with the low end solutions. We had a consult at our home, after work, which was convenient. He presented us with a set of options and really tailored the product to our needs (i.e. we are planning on raising our kids in this house, as opposed to getting it ready to sell). We set a date, paid 50% down, and a week later we had our carpet installed! Any of my future carpeting needs will go through these guys. They are a small family run outfit that can really give you the personal attention you don't get from the "other guys".

I had American do an estimate for the master bedroom and they were competitive but I ended up selecting the other vendor. When it came time to do the second bedroom I gave both a call, but American was more responsive and scheduled measurements quickly. We discussed waht I wanted in general and, Marlo, the salesperson, came to the apartment with four samples of precisely what I needed. It took no time to select the carpeting I wanted, with Marlo's helpful advice. The price was fair. In four or five days, I got a call saying the carpet was in and ready to be installed. It was installed the following Saturday and looks great. The whole process took maybe two full weeks from measurement to installation. About a week later, Marlo called to see how things went and to make sure I was happy with the end result. I am very satisfied with the service that American Carpet offers and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
