Nunzio and his team were prompt, professional and resolved every unexpected issue that arose. They completed initial the project in less time than was anticipated and proceeded to install new flooring on our closets, all while meeting within the agreed upon budget. We couldn't be happier with the results.

The team was on time and very professional. It was a big project and I know they worked hard to complete it in a timely fashion. They did a good job of setting expectations and giving me the timeline ahead of time. They cleaned up after themselves and were nice to my neighbors.

Vendor came out to verify the size of floor and provided quote and was done by the end of the week. Great.

Exceeded expectations. Nunzio was wonderful to work with. Completed sanding and three coats of water based sealant in a single day. Floor looks better than new. Came back next day to move table back.

Mike did great work for us. He was tidy, punctual and polite. He got the work done in two days and there was no mess at all. I highly recommend him.

Beautifully! The communication was excellent, arrived on time, job generated little dust (they sealed off the cabinets, etc) and the floor looks wonderful. The job was done meticulously!

Ok , explained that the initial floor coating, a sealer called synteko classic 35 is considered a oil base coat & counts to the minimum 2 coats of oil based urethane required for a correct finished job. Punctual and good communication. Willing to resolve differences. Mr Nunzio's worker Emannual is very efficient and Mr. Nunzio's is knowledgable and in business a long time. It's possible that I may use him again.

My family room floor turned out beautifully. I would have selected A+ if it were an option. Every aspect of this job, from the estimate to completion went smoothly and as exactly as promised. I am going to hire America's Best Flooring to install a new floor in my living room. This has been by far the most pleasant experience I have had with any work done on my house in the past few years.

They did an excellent job. They moved the heavier furniture pieces for us. They sanded down the floors but there was no sawdust anywhere in the house. They applied 3 coats of water based polyurethane. There was no smell. The finish was very smooth and we could walk on it 12 hours after they started. We were very happy with the work.

It went very well. Everything that Mike explained was easy to understand in my best interests as his customer. He cares about what he does and the quality of his work and professionalism exceeded my expenctations. Hire him if you need good communication, responsiveness, someone that will look for ways to accommodate you and go beyond the expectations. Mike was prompt, efficient, personalble and he treated me like I was his only customer. That's rare to find and I would hire him and his crew again without any reservations.

Anucio did a very good job. Everything agreed to was completed to my satisfaction. He was very easy to work with and even left some additional stain for future touch ups.

I hired American's Best Flooring to fix someone else's very bad hardwood floor renewal job. Nunzio, American's Best Flooring hardwood floor expert, was able to give me an idea of how much would it cost to repair my hardwood floors over the phone based on square footage. He was responsive and knowledgeable with helping me choose right color and right finish for my hardwood floors. The job was done in timely manner just as was predicted. I am very pleased with my new floors. I attached some before and after picts.

Nunzio and his helper performed a miracle. The floors look new. My husband and I were very impressed by their work. Nunzio did a test stain with two different colors to see which matched our dining room floor best. They also covered everything in plastic to minimize dust from the sanding and cleaned up after themselves. They were professional and courteous and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their floors refinished.

Great. Quoted a good price on Saturday. Started Wednesday morning, done Thursday afternoon. Even came back Saturday to help move the heavy pieces of furniture back into position. Repairs were done well and floors look amazing.

It went incredibly well!!! The dilemma is what do you do with your furniture in the rooms where you're getting your hardwood floors refinished, the guys did an excellent job of helping me move furniture and get things arranged where they needed to be to get to work accomplished

It took about 6 hours to complete and because it was a water based finish, we were able to walk on the new floor two hours after they left.

My experience with American's Best Flooring was great. I purchased a deal off Angie's List. Nunzio from ABF came out to look at the job within 2 days, and lined up a day to do the work the following week. He was always very prompt and arrived exactly when he said he would. His attention to detail with respect to his work is very exacting, and he is very customer focused. I highly recommend Nunzio and ABF.

Nunzio was great, he was very flexible and willing to work on the weekends. The floors look awesome and was priced very well.
