It went great!
Description of Work: Nunzio from American Best Flooring came to our rescue. Two months prior we hired them to refinish our hardwood floors in preparation to put our house on the market. Floors looked great, and we sold the house in two weeks. Unfortunately, while we were moving out, our movers put a deep, long scratch in the entry hall. I made a frantic call to Nunzio, and he made time in his busy schedule to come out and fix the scratch. It looks perfect - you would never know there was a scratch. Thank you, American Best Flooring!

Exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure I could even do anything to improve/change the flooring when I moved into my new condo . I'm so happy I called and asked! The owner took his time and talked me through all my options and was able to correct and change my hardwood floors exactly how I wanted. Throughout the process they were very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work on their hardwood floors (even if you're not sure what you need exactly) they listen to your wants/needs/concerns and advise you of any possibilities.

They did a very good job. They showed up on time and completed the job in a day. They pantry floor was repaired well and the sanding and refinishing in the bedrooms and pantry were nicely finished. They took care to sand up to the quarter rounds which gave the rooms a nice clean look. They also did a nice job applying a fresh coat of polyurethane to the rest of the apartment and cleaned the floors well before doing that. The job was started and finished on time. I noticed one area where the coating was missed, which was promptly addressed the following morning.
Description of Work: American's Best Flooring, refinished maple floors in two bedrooms and repaired and refinished floors in a walk in pantry. They also added another polyurethane coat to the rest of the house.

Nunzio did great work this is the second time I have used him for my house. We did the lower level first and then just uncovered hardwood floors in our upstairs room and had him come back to finish those. Great job would highly recommend him!

Nunzio was very professional, and he respected my home. Not only did it take two days for the excellent work, but there was no dust, and no mess to clean up afterwards. Overall, I am very pleased with the experience and would recommend Nunzio for any flooring work.

Nunzio and his team were professional, punctual and extremely accommodating. They scheduled the job promptly and even switched days on short notice when I had a conflict arise. I had gotten exorbitant bids to do the flooring elsewhere, but I thought Nunzio gave a fair price. Plus he is a nice person to work with.

Nunzio and his crew were amazing! Part of the reason we chose to go with American's flooring because he showed that his number-one goal was for us to be happy long-term with our flooring.They were punctual, quick, and the floors look amazing. I'd also mention that Nunzio's team did a great job keeping dust to a minimum, and covering all doorways, cabinets, bookshelves, etc. with plastic so that we didn't have to clean every tiny nook after the installation. We couldn't be happier.
