Good work, very responsive

Our glass doors look marvelous and Daniel was a pleasure to work with. He quickly responded to my emails, and arrived with the promised time frame. I highly recommend his service and anticipate to having him back again!

This is the 4th year we have had America Window Washing wash the windows for our condo association of 12 units and Daniel is fantastic! He not only does a great job cleaning the windows but he takes such incredible care with our home-- not getting water on the floor, protecting our sills, walls, furniture, etc. He is very reliable, always shows up when he says, is easy to reach by phone, and returns messages promptly. I cannot recommend him enough!

Installation went well. They took their time over a day and a half making sure they were all positioned where we had requested. Very reasonably priced and meticulous about installation and aesthetics. I would definitely hire them again.

They did a great job. They came out quickly to clean out the gutters and apply a silicone seal to the leaky seams. They also discovered some damage on one of the corners, and were able to repair that, as well. Pictures were taken at every stage so I could see the before and after condition of the gutters. I'm very impressed with this company and will definitely hire them again.

Honestly it is refreshing to find people who actually care and have pride and are meticulous about the work they performed. I was so impressed by how quickly this company responded. They reached out via email on Mon., Aug. 26 and came out to do the estimate on Friday, Aug. 30. I had a small window of availability to meet them and they were even early for the appointment. They inspected the downspout and worked with me to figure out the problem. I was emailed an estimate two days later, on Sun., Sept. 1st. The repair was done on Thurs. Sept. 5. I did not have to be there. It looks very carefully done, well-secured and I have not had any more instances of "waterfalling" from where the downspout had split open. The cost was reasonable and I would easily recommend them. This was not a "big" job but they made me feel like I was worth their time.

The worker was very professional and honest. He also knew how to deal with windows that are difficult to wash. I would definitely hire him again.

Daniel looked at the gutter, & said he didn’t think it needed repair. He quoted $260-$300 for replacing the part that could have been the issue. He said there was some debris which might be the reason for the leaking, but it really wasn’t a lot. I asked him if America Window did gutter cleaning & he said they did. I thought it best to get the gutters cleaned & see if the issue continued. He agreed to clean the gutters right then. We have a large 3200 sq ft house. The charge was $160 & he cleaned up afterwards. He was very professional & I appreciate the fact that he was honest about not thinking we needed to replace some of the gutters.
