They were recommended by the building I just moved into, and I checked them out through Angie's List. They did a good job. They were right on time. They were very well prepared, and I did not expect them to be able to fix the locks at the time of the visit. They said they were only coming for an estimate, but they were able to fix them while they were there. It took them about an hour or so. They were sort of expensive, but I'm glad to pay for good service.

We closed on our new condo in the late morning and wanted the main doors to the condo re-keyed that afternoon. We contacted Gerald with A Amazing Lock Service and set up an appointment within a day. We were notified around our appointment time that they were running late by about 30-45 min. Luckily, we did not have anywhere else to go, but I'm glad a courtesy call was provided. After about 30 minutes the work was complete- Frank did a great job! We should have checked to make sure the keys worked while Frank was there because just after he left, one of the locks was sticking, so we called up the office and Frank was back at our condo within minutes. Overall, A Amazing Lock Service was very professional and courteous. Thank you.

Great service. Due to a security issue I called the day before I was scheduled and needed to move the job to the same day. The locksmith came on a Friday afternoon and was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and skilled. Price was also very reasonable.

The day after a burglary of my home, I called to have my locks changed. I was able to get service that afternoon and the locksmith was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He provided some excellent insight into how I can improve the security of my home, and I would not hesitate to use the company again.

I contacted Amazing Lock Service in the morning and they came within 2 hours. The actual service took about 20 minutes but I had tried to do change the locks on my own over the weekend without success. Frank informed me (nicely) what the issue was when I tried to install the locks. Great experience and would definitely recommend this company.

I called A Amazing Lock in the morning, and they came the same day. They informed me that most jobs were for a flat fee, but the job might be more if the lock needed replacement. Frank was very courteous and professional. The lock had to be replaced, and Frank explained everything clearly, so I understood the problem. Frank was able to rekey the new lock to fit our old key. He was very efficient and he took care to do a quality, professional job. The price was very reasonable.

Great. David arrived on time. I asked for 4 locks to be re-keyed but realized later that I had 3 more, two of which were double locks so he actually did 9 when I thought I only had 4. He was very professional, did not complain and on time.

I tried to replace the broken night latch with a new deadbolt on my front door. I couldn't get it to align using the existing screw holes, so I called in A Amazing to see if a professional could do it. A Amazing came just a few hours after my call. He couldn't use the existing screw holes either, but quickly replaced the locking mechanism with the one I had already bought.

I contacted the vendor and arranged a time. This in itself is usually very hard, since I work long hours and can only meet vendors at night or on the weekend. However, I had no problem getting an appointment. They showed on time. The tech was very polite and clean. He had the locks rekeyed within a half hour. The experience was quick, easy, and inexpensive.

They were very friendly, punctual, and had a good price. They are available on weekends, which is helpful. I'd definitely use them again.

They were great. Getting the locks rekeyed was done quickly and without fuss. The European lock was a little more problematic. Part of the mechanism was bent, but would have been very troublesome to replace. The serviceman wasn't exactly sure how to fix it, but said he would do research that night on online forums for locksmiths and come back the next day. He did and implemented a solution. Completely professional.

Once we found out the keys were locked in the car, we tried for a while to get them out ourselves. Before long, we gave up and called Amazing Lock Service around 9:20 p.m. I was surprised that someone answered right away; I expected an answering machine with an emergency number. Dave took down my information and told me he'd arrive in 10 minutes, as he was finishing up a call nearby. He was good to his word, and it took him less than 5 seconds to get the door open. He was courteous and professional throughout. I highly recommend calling Amazing Lock Service if you find yourself in the same predicament.

We unfortunately broke off a key in our condo entrance door that impacted 6 condo units. It was a Friday evening after 6pm and raining like crazy. We called them and Bobby said he would be there within an hour and he was at our place within 45 minutes. He called a few minutes away and had the job done within in 10 minutes. He also gave us some suggestions about changing the locks because ours are very outdated. All in all a very easy experience. I would recommend them.

I locked myself out of the house - called A Amazing Lock - said they would be here in 45 min to an hour and would call when they were about 5 minutes away. Wanted to make sure I was someplace warm while I waited. Professional, friendly, courteous. Showed up in 45 minutes, it took 1/2 hour to get in - no damage was done - neat, clean. Highly recommend the company and have decided to have them come back and check a few other lock problems that I have. It is difficult to find good "service" related folks - I'd say this one is top notch. Wonderful experience - I went from being very upset at being locked out to being grateful that I've now found a reliable and high quality locksmith.

My tenants broke the key off in their front door lock at 10:30 at night. The locksmith was there 15 minutes after I called, was able to get the key out, and oiled the lock for good measure. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

I called a week in advance to make an appointment. I was told on the phone exactly how much it would be ($70 for the service call, $20 for each lock). I didn't realize until the day of the appointment that my "appointment time" was the start of a window, so when he was a half an hour late I called and was told he'd be there within the next hour. Frank got there and he was very professional. He got everything done quickly and it looked good. When I went down to the unit later in the day I realized that I couldn't lock one of the handles from the inside of the unit using the turn pin so I called and Frank came back. He got it fixed and I (foolishly) didn't check the other doors at the time but because I ended up with another problem I had to call him back again. All in all it was frustrating, but they've done work for me before that has been well done I'm happy to overlook this one bad incident.

It went well. The locksmith went through 5 blades on his dremel, but he eventually cut through the lock.

I called this morning, and I asked "Do you fix intercoms" and they said "Yes." And then they came out and like I said they were very fast and efficient.

O.k. Very prompt and courteous. A bit expensive.
