 + -1 moreHe arrived promptly and did everything we needed. Was very courteous and explained what the problem was and showed me the culprit of what caused the problem. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again.
Description of Work: They fixed a cartridge in our shower that was causing a loud rattling noise in the wall and fixed a noise coming from our toilet.

Description of Work: Althoff was called to redo a previous repair and replace a humidifier part. Not only would they not fix a botched installation by their technician, but they refused to honor the factory warranty for the equipment installed. They have undergone some management changes and are now painful to deal with. Not recommended.

 + -1 moreThey were great and always have been great. We've been using them for 11 years now. They are always on time and their technicians are really personable and friendly and prompt and professional. Their office is always great and they are easy to get in after hours for emergency calls. We've had them in a number of times for emergencies after hours. They've come on occasions where there was goofy stuff and the charge was basically the trip charge. They're real good and have won my business for 1 years.
Description of Work: We used Althoff Industries early December. They put in a new furnace because the old one died. It was a high efficiency furnace.
