My wife and I were pleased with the process and the results. I thought it was going to be a big deal to lower the exhaust pipes so we could put a counter top at the height we wanted over the sump pump. After the old pipes were removed, he installed the new pipes that were 9 inches lower. He ran the sump pump to make sure the new pipes would work without leaks. We were prepared for Tim to have to work all morning, but he had it done in a little over an hour.

Provider responded promptly to my request on Angie's List. He contacted me right away, came the same day to provide the service and fixed our problem quickly. The price was very reasonable as most other providers were asking for 200 plus to do the same work. He was even kind enough to drop off a receipt I had forgotten to request. I would definitely hire him again!

Installed everything to my satisfaction. Tim has been my go-to handyman for a while now, either when something isn't working right or when I'm not feeling up to doing a task myself, like with this faucet. He's courteous and always stands behind his work 100%. Absolutely recommend Tim!

Tim has greatly reduced the amount of headache I have gotten from electrical quotes due to "this old house" type problems. Making the electrical installation straightforward as opposed to some of the workaround options I have been given has been immensely helpful. I will continue to ask for his help with this project as much as possible.

I had purchased a replacement threshold but was having difficulties installing it. The gap between the new threshold and the door was not enough to install the threshold seal. Tim assessed the problem and expertly removed the door then planed the bottom edge of the door until the gap was enough to fully install the new threshold with seal. I feel more energy efficient already.

Tim did an excellent job installing my tile floor in my kitchen, dining room and hall, about 400 square feet. First, when we discussed the work, Tim gave me helpful advice on where to buy tile. When the job started, he helped me unload the tiles and other materials. He installed the tile in the specific pattern I wanted. His installation was good and clean. He told me the job would take a week/5 days. The job took 4 days and each evening he left the area pretty clean. He showed up a little early each day in the morning and he was gone when I got home. We agreed to the price beforehand; I purchased the materials and his labor was $1500. I paid half at the start of the job and the other half at completion. After the job, I had to do some clean up of dust after it was all done, but it was pretty minor considering all the tiles that they had to cut. Also, I noticed that a tile was cracked. Tim came out and put in a new tile at no charge a few days later. Overall, I am very happy with the result and would recommend Tim for any tile job.
