Steve was great. He was very professional, friendly, courteous, honest, punctual and reasonably priced. He spent a lot of extra time trying to get the software working correctly. He did not charge us extra for this. He was determined to get it working for us. It was a pleasure dealing with him. I will definitely use him again in the future. I highly recommend Alltech Computer Services.

Steve came to our house and spent some time running diagnostics on our computer. He said the problem was with the hard drive. Then he gave us the option of having him take the computer with him or work on it there. We opted to have him take it with him. He brought it back a few days later after running some programs to clean it up and updating the operating system. He told us to keep an eye on it because the hard drive might be failing but it ran much better afterwards and is still doing great. He made a backup for us in case it should crash in the near future. Steve was wonderful to deal with - very thoughtful, kind, honest, intelligent, and patient in explaining what was happening. And the cost was very reasonable; I'm pretty sure he didn't charge us for all the time he spent on our project. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a computer problem.

They are extremely supportive and patient. I have fallen off the tech curve and their consulting services have been greatly appreciated. They never made me feel demeaned as being a low tech person. They are responsive, professional, and always punctual. They provide quality service, which is very fairly priced and provides really great value. I do not hesitate contacting them, whenever I have a tech issue.

We would never have been able to do this without Steve's help. It was much more complicated to recover everything than we were led to believe when we purchased the Time Machine. It ended up taking almost a full day to get our computer back to where it was, and Steve checked in with us throughout the process to make sure it was still moving along. We were so relieved to have everything back in place at the end. He truly saved our years of pictures, documents, music…as much as we try not to be too "attached" to these things, we would have been heartbroken to lose it all. Very grateful for his work and time and expertise. Afterward, he was sure to make sure that our Time Machine was set up correctly and working properly and offered to come check this again personally. Very grateful for his help with this!

ALLTECH Computer Services is just that. Steve Ellis, the proprietor, brings great comfort to those of us suffering the woes of a high-tech world. He has streamlined and fixed my equipment twice within the past couple of years. He is always both patient and understanding. He amazes me with his ability to multitask, his up-to-date knowledge of the latest gadgetry, and his willingness to give older tech machines some tender loving care. Definitely my go-to guru when I run into problems with, it seems, an ever-growing horde of hi-tech gadgets.

I am not knowledgeable when it comes to anything technical. What I loved about Steven is that he really took the time to explain what he was doing as well as answer any questions I had. I would call Steven again , he is very professional.
