+ -1 moreearly in the morning the on 23rd of December I was leaving to go to work, when I pressed the botton on my remote the door would only go up a few inches and stopped. I then called alliance pro builders and Peter answered the phone, he told me someone will be out with in the hour and sure enough approximately 30 mins later a garage door technician called my phone when they were in the back as promised. They quickly diagnose the problem with my door and had it fixed with in 30 minutes of their arrival. I am very pleased with their service and their professionalism and will highly recommend this company to anybody with emergency and nonemergency needs. They educated me on how to maintain my door properly to prevent these issues from occurring again.
