Getting an appointment was easy enough. Rich showed up 45 min late, no calls or warning that he is running late. Shows up right when I am leaving for work. Ended up late for work but I took the time to show him the issue. Talked over phone during my lunch, seemed like a positive response from him. Then no communication after that. Left a message on his cell and called the main office for estimate over the next few days....nothing. Would not recommend.

Called for estimate on roof replacement. Said they would come by and send a quote. Did not hear back from them but understand a message can get lost so called and inquired again. They knew my name and seemed to know I had called before. Later found their card in my mailbox so knew they then came by to look at the house. Never received anything after that. That was the end for me. Figure if I have to chase for a quote, i do nott want to find out what will happen if they did the job.

Overall I would only give them 7 out of 10 stars due to the timeline of the project?When we made the initial deposit, I was told that construction would start by the second week of October and should only take about 10 calendar days, which I was totally fine with?.it was then pushed back to no later than 2nd week of November, which was still fine. Project did not officially start until the week before Christmas and ended up taking over a month to complete?.That was a major issue to me, as we did not want to do this during the winter months, and we ended up doing it during the worst possible stretch of the year. During the 2 months from the promised start until the actual, I was told multiple times that we were next on the list after one more job?.I called them out twice that we had been told this before, and they really didn?t care since we had already made the initial deposit. So work was a 9 out of 10, but overall 7 due to delays / excuses, etc.

They were fabulous! It was excellent! Rich, was awesome! The price was very reasonable compared to all of the other quotes.

I had Allendorfer come out once to inspect my roof and although I told them where I thought the leak was, they didn't bring the appropriate ladders to perform an adequate inspection. Today, I gave them a second chance and they didn't show up or call.

It took months for them to schedule the repairs. When the roof continued to leak after the repairs were performed, it was impossible to schedule a return visit. Office staff was very unhelpful.

First of all they need to borrow my ladder to get to my roof. They told me this in advance to making the appointment. What roofing company doesn't have a ladder? I told them to get a ladder and come back since I was moving that day. After looking at my roof they decided that they needed 1600$ to transfer the warranty because there were some issues that needed to be fixed. My reasoning is that if the Allendorfer would have done the job right in the first place then they would not have needed so much money to correct issues to transfer the warranty. $1600 to amend some paperwork at the place where the material is manufactured is way out of line.

Everything went very well. It only took a couple days for them to get everything finished. They were prompt, and hard working and I would definitely use them again in the future, as well as recommend them to others.

Overall I give them an "F" for not communicating and just walking away without ever telling us they where not interested in working with us. We are now two weeks behind since we where hoping to work with them and they never got back to us. Go find a good company that will keep you informed.

No work was every perform, nor will it ever be from this company.

I was very pleased with the expertise and quality of service from them. They were very professional. They arrived at the time scheduled. They did a great job cleaning up the yard and the roof looks very nice. I thought their prices were very fair.

His demeanor was great. He was very professional and seemed like e good person. His crew was very punctual, polite, and all around good people. They cleaned up very well after themselves. They did a great job and I would use them again.

Marc Livingston did an EXCELLENT job in quoting. He had skylight suggestions that I would not have thought of. They started the work promptly and worked quickly on the outside. The inside work is nearly completed and they have done an excellent job there as well. Their price was higher than most and when I discussed this with Marc, he got their price dropped to be in line with most of the quotes. They were certainly not the lowest, but they did an excellent job.

They're excellent, but pricey. Best for folks who want good work regardless of price.
