Tom arrive on time, he did a very good job and made sure everything were clean up after he finished. When I asked him a question he answer very prefesson and honesty. He have been to my home three times and each time did a Great job.

They were very easy to work with to set up a date for the service. Service person arrived on time and was very courteous. He took great pains to make sure that he kept the area clean. Service was done effectively and he explained what was done. Overall great experience

Service was efficently provided and when I asked questions the service person was good about answering them. I would use this service again for next year's service call.

Originally they did not honor agreed upon pricing. In addition, they did not fix the problem on their first visit. They had to come back a second time.

They came in and did exactly what they were supposed to do. They also left everything in great condition. As requested, they called prior to their arrival and I was able to meet them at home. Everything went very well.

Having used All Temp previously, my recent experience does not seem like this is the same company. I called to schedule a furnace inspection. The earliest date they could give me was 10 days out, and a window from 8 am to 1 pm. I requested to be the first appointment call of the day, or at least on the earlier side. In order to be able to confirm a first appointment of the day, I would need to wait another two weeks. I declined and asked if there was a smaller window they could provide than five hours ? even the company cable gives a two to three hour window these days ? but they said they could not. Having been to my home before, All Temp confirmed from their files (1) that I was still an Angie?s List member and (2) that I had two furnaces, one in the attic (which I noted was easily accessible with walk up stairs), and one in the basement. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 9:20 am from All Temp to say that their service tech would be dispatched ?shortly? but they wanted to ask where my furnaces were located. When I inquired why, I was told that the tech they were dispatching was ?an older guy that did not like to go into attics.? When I said that they should have in their files that I in fact did have one furnace in the attic but that it was easy to access with stairs, the dispatcher said ?sorry, I don?t see that in the notes from the guy that schedule your appointment? and then told me that he would need to find another service tech because ?the older guy? would not do attics. When I noted my disappointment that they should have had this info in their notes, and that I was hoping to have the tech arrive on the earlier side, the dispatcher told me ?not to worry, we will still have someone there between 10-2 pm.? When I said that the appointment was scheduled from 8 am ? 1 pm, not 10 am-2 pm, he again said ?sorry.? In any event, having not heard from All Temp after another hour, I called to inquire when to expect someone to arrive and was told ?they should be there soon.? After waiting until 11:45 am with no indication that anybody was close to being sent over, I cancelled the appointment.

I was happy with the overall service.

The inspection seemed to go well at the time but it failed to diagnose the failing furnace motor.

All-Temp was fantastic - Eddie was very professional and gave me several tips to keep the furnace working most efficiently. He also pointed out a few things that could possible happen and what I could do in that instance to fix it. He was on time (early actually), worked quickly, and tidied up when finished. I would not hesitate to use All-Temp if something ever went wrong with my heat or AC. He was also very friendly, which is always appreciated!

Scheduler was very accomodating and eventhough I was redeeming my Angie's Big Deal coupon there was no delay in having someone do service. They accomodated the day I requested. My technician called ahead and arrived at the beginning of my arrival window, which worked out great. My technician (Julian) explained everything to us very thoroughly as both units were not working properly and the end result was that they needed to be turned off until they can be replaced. Despite having an inspection he informed us that the both heating exchange had cracks on the bottom and therefore by having it on we would be pumping carbon monoxide throughout the house. Among other issues. Luckily we were still in the process of moving and the kids weren't staying here yet. He informed us that he would let their salesmen know so, he could setup a appointment for a quote. Their salemen followed up within the hour and is coming out same day (today). I'm going to get a few estimates, we'll see where everyone comes in at and make a decision. But, so far my experience has been good and definitely want to give them a shot.

Company was professional but did not agree with diagnosis so did no further work with them

The service man was friendly and not only checked the A/C but also our furnace and educated me on the best filters to use at different times of year and how to clean my furnace to keep it in good shape -- this was above and beyond and will keep me coming back and recommending them to others.

We used All Temp for our annual furnace and humidifier inspection. All Temp was easy to work with: they showed up on time, were courteous, professional, and got the job done. We plan to use them again next year.

Got an appointment quickly, person arrived on time, very professional, pleasant demeanor. Had good advice and explained things well. We see them as a company you can really rely on.

He was on-time, professional, and more thorough than any HVAC repairman I've ever used. Was very reassured by his work.

Very professional and thoughtful. Pointed out that the folks who sold me the unit three years ago should have warned me better about the rising costs of the coolant that was soon to be taken off the market.

He was very punctual and intelligent. He knew exactly what he was talking about and told me everything I needed to know about my furnace. Gave me tips on how to have it perform better and when I would probably need to replace my furnace. Overall, he wasn't pushy about the upsell and did everything I could've asked out of the service.

The technician was late but someone from the company called to inform me of the delay. Once the work got started the technician was thorough. He broke down the system and cleaned and examined several parts. He pointed out normal wear and tear on the system and areas where it might fail in the future. He discussed the importance of basic service and how inexpensive maintenance will prolong the life of the system

Both services were provided with great care and professionalism.

The technician was very nice, professional and knowledgable. He did a very thorough job. The only issue I had was that I was supposed to receive a phone call to let me know he was coming - and no one called. Good thing I was home!

It went great, they were very thorough and helpful. Also gave me instructions on filter changes. They offered information on new systems but did not push them in any way. I really appreciated this since ours are very old and will need changing, but w are not ready to do it yet. It has been several months since their visit and everything is working fantastically.

The gentleman came in and cleaned out the unit. It was probably the best tune-up and cleaning I've had in years. Very professional and would highly recommend them.

They performed the service very nicely. They were on time, polite and thorough. They reported back to me what they found and they corrected it. They were prompt, friendly and efficient.

It went very well. The serviceman was on time, did his work efficiently and performed all tasks as promised. We have used All Temp again based on our experience.

fine. the company schedules appointments within half-day blocks - so you neee to be home for 4-5 periods of time. the repairman called 15 inutes prior to arrival. I appreciated the he put covers on shoes while inside the home.
