They came on time , explained what was going to be done and the job was done on time.

They did a wonderful job, cleaning the connectors and fixing small problems. They are always awesome and we will continue to use them again and again.

The air conditioning guy came in to give my air conditioning system a thorough check up. He explained everything he did and to my surprise, not a thing was wrong even though it was one of the oldest units on the roof. The experience gave me a feeling of security that I would have no cooling problems. Now that summer has passed, my assumption was correct. I am very thankful.

The salesman was very nice and expained what would be needed for energy efficiency, promised to get a quote the next day and took more than 3 days to get back to me, which was all through email. The quote was ridicously high. At time I feel that companies take advantage of women when they don't see them w/husbands. This is how this company made me feel. Mrs. Torres

Rick was very professional and actually conducted his review in the later evening to accommodate my work schedule. He provide effective answers to my questions and was able to outline the necessary steps to ensure best performance throughout the winter.

It was July 2012 in Chicago and temperatures that week where rising into the 100?s. Unfortunately my air conditioning unit suddenly stopped cooling; this was very freighting to me since I am asthmatic. I contacted a few AC contractors I knew but none could come out for at least 3 days; their workloads where extremely heavy due to AC outages with the heat. I looked on Angie?s List and found All-Temp Chicagoland Heating and Cooling; who had excellent ratings. I contacted All-Temp explained my situation and they had someone out within 24 hours to fix the unit. Even though the technician had worked a heavy shift due too many outage calls, he was courteous and through; even though he had to work on the AC outside with a flashlight very late at night. He found that the Freon was out and the unit required some minor twicking. Even though the house was cooling, the next day I noticed that the HVAC was cycling too frequently to allow sufficient cooling and the fan-only function was no longer working. I called All-Temp back and within hours Rudy Solis was there to service the unit. He was FANTASTIC.. He checked every inch of the system; from the external AC unit to the thermostat, wiring and furnace in the basement. Honestly he didn?t leave one stone unturned. He found that a wire to the fan was disconnected and that the unit required more adjusting. Once fixed, I could feel the cooling immediately and had no further problems. I must say that Rudy Solis is an excellent technician; one of the best that I have ever worked with and AllTemp Heating And AC company will address all my HVAC needs.

I was able to make the appointment in a timely manner. He showed up on time. He was very professional and seemed knowledgeable.

Overall it went excellent. I called and made an appointment and changed things around that time. I wanted to be home as well as my husband when the service man came. I was disappointed when the company called and asked me to put my service appoint back another 4 days as they were very busy. They explained they wanted to prioritize broken airconditioners over servicing and I hope that was what was happening. I had bad asthma and really wanted my ac checked and tweaked but I said ok. Unfortunately because of the date change I could not be there when they came. My husband shared that the young man was on time, polite and efficient. He explained that the compressor was borderline producing and it would need replacement anytime if failed. Had I been there a new one would have been put in...my husband decided to wait until it breaks. With 100 degree temps I would have fixed it immediately...so, changing the date lost them some business and had me concerned waiting for it to break down. I would certainly use them again and now expect to given the age of our air conditioner and the demeanor of the service person.

I've worked with All Temp before and it was easy to book the service. They were on-time and very neat while performing the service. I will definitely use them again for future check-ups/service work.

Took advantage of the Angie's List "Big Deal" and had All Temp clean and inspect my two hot water boilers. They did an excellent job. Very timely and professional.

The technician was professional and provided instruction on cleaning the boiler pump in order to extend the life of the furnace. I was very pleased with the service.

Extremely pleased with service, arrived early (after phone call to ensure ok), cleaned and inspected HVAC as described, explained problems encountered and fixed. Cleaned up after self. Tech was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definitely use again for ongoing maintenance.

The tech called me when he was on his way and was on time, was courteous, professional and put booties over his shoes before he came in the house which I appreciated. I never used this company before and honestly used them because of the Angies List coupon. I was very satisfied.

After it was found out that my AC system had an repairable leak. They came to quote the replacement. The expectations of the work they were to perform compared to the work they preformed was a big difference. They were to show up first thing in the morning to do the work but ended up coming very late in the day. They did not call to say they were running late until late morning and then said it should only be an hour. They finally showed up after I made multiple phone calls to see if they were still planning on coming that day. Once they showed up the stayed to finish the installation that day but I felt they rushed to finish the work since it was getting late. They were to do some additional cleanup work to the HVAC system that did not happen that was discussed during the quote of the work to be done.

All-temp was responsive from the start of my contact with them. I booked an appointment at a convenient time, the repair man was on time, friendly, and efficient. I was very happy with my service!

They provided me some best practices for changing my air filters and using bleach to not get mold from condensation. Did a good job checking my A/C temp and cleaning out the outdoor unit. Wished he would've opened up in the HVAC unit and did some cleaning there. I didn't know enough to ask him to do it, but my control board failed later (not due to this inspection/work) and that would've helped.

The guys came in and removed the old furnace and installed the new one. Drilling through the walls for the fresh air intake and exhaust was a chore because of the design of my house but they got it done and made it look good. They installed the fancy thermostat and gave me a good understanding of its functions. In fact recently I had a question about its operation, a year later,and they answered it cheerfully.

I don't think they were as thorough as they could have been. I feel as though they kind of blew through the work.
