When I called to make an appointment,the person who answered was very cordial and told me exactly when the service person would arrive. The service person called when he was on his way. He did an exvellent job. The price was very reasonable. He honored the Angie's List coupon.

Excellent. Arrived on time and did a great job.

My first experience with All Temp came during the summer when my air conditioner stopped working properly. I chose All Temp because of its high ratings on Angie's List, and I was not disappointed. The service gentleman named Paul was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got the air conditioner working properly, but he said it would only work temporarily. He described in detail what he did and why he would have to come back. When he came back, he was able to determine what would need to be done to fix the problem long term and gave a price estimate. I concluded that it would be better to purchase a new air conditioner rather than have the old one fixed. An All Temp sales gentleman named Ed came to my home to give me information and a price on a new air conditioner. He, too, was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Although I did not need a new furnace, I had done some research that indicated that it might be good to purchase a furnace, too. At my request, he gave me information and options regarding the purchase of a new furnace. He explained the advantages of purchasing both units together and said that he would love to sell me a new furnace since he is on commission, but he said he personally did not recommend it because I did not need one. I thought that was respectable and honest advice and showed he has credibility as a sales representative rather than just encouraging me to purchase anything I showed interest in to increase his pay. I ultimately decided to purchase both units from All Temp after doing more research and getting the opinions of other furnace and air conditioner professionals. I concluded that All Temp is the best company to purchase from since it has a good reputation and was giving me a good price, and I concluded that purchasing both units together would be beneficial in the long run. The installers, led by Gary, were courteous, knowledgeable, hard working, and did a great job. They worked efficiently and finished much sooner than I anticipated. There was a mistake they made, but All Temp more than made up for it in the end. Their mistake was that they assumed I no longer wanted the thermostat they replaced, so they took it with them and threw it away. It was a fairly new programmable thermostat, and I was planning to offer it to someone after my new thermostat was installed. However, All Temp apologized for the mistake and was generous with a reimbursement. And much to my surprise, the installers even went through the dumpster, found the thermostat, and returned it to me. So now I not only have their generous reimbursement, but I have my old thermostat, too. My experience with All Temp has exemplified why it is so highly rated on Angie?s List. The thermostat episode demonstrates that even when the company falls short of its high standard, it goes all out to provide a satisfactory resolution for its customers. I highly recommend All Temp for its commitment and ability to provide excellent service.

They were scheduled to come out and replace a broken coil on the furnace. There was no charge because it was under warranty. We were having a new deck put in and we wanted to move the air conditioning unit. The owner gave us a very reasonable price to move it. The guys who came out were great and did a wonderful job. We had All Temp install a new furnace and air conditioner in 2007 and we have been very happy with their service and quality of work.

Everything went as explained.

The man from this company did a great job and was very knowledgeable about the unit and his company. I am not sure of the price I paid on Angies List nor am I sure about the date that I used this company. I believe it was in 2011 since I have used them again and will continue to use this company.

He did add freon though as stated above, there was a part that was loose which was causing the loss of freon. This was discovered by someone else...not All Temp.

The service technician (AL) was very professional, he introduced himself and explained the reason for his visit and he verified that I was the homeowner who placed the service call. I showed Al where the furnace was and he took off from there. As he cleaned and inspected my furnace, he explained why and what he was doing. He showed me the proper way to install my filter and the reason why it was so important to change the filter every 3 months. Once he finished, he told me what to do to keep the furnace area clean and to make sure I have it inspected once a year. My overall experience was great, I learned alot and would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

All Temp's technician was professional and courteous. It took a few days to get a date scheduled for service, but once it was done, I was able to get the first date that I was available. The technician was on time, quick, and efficient. He spotted a could of problems and provided advice to resolve on my own later (for lower expense). He did not try to up-sell me, though I did buy one item from him to save time. I would recommend them on this basis, but note that I did not have any seriously challenging work done, just basic maintenance.

Was prompt. Called first. Cleaned central air conditioner. Explained work that was done-was professional and friendly.

All very smoothly and professionally

The repair man was early! Very pleasant. He hummed songs as he worked. He explained why my furnace was doing what it was doing, how to correct it and knew a lot about the various brands. The first furnace had a water drip. He was able to replace the missing coupling sleeve. It was filthy and kept restarting. He explained how the water build up cut the air flow and made it hard for the furnace to start up. It works perfectly now. The upstairs furnace had been making weird noises. He explained how the motor support was sagging and used my dogs tennis ball to hold it up without vibrations! So cleaver. He told me there are signs of wear and would need to replace the furnace in the near future. Didn't want to hear that, but it's good to know. He told me what kinds of filters to buy, and which not to. All in all it was a good experience. He knew a lot, explained a lot and was very nice. I'd definately hire this company again.

Service went well. Technician arrived on time. Technician was professional (even put shoe coverings on to protect my carpet). Technician discussed pro's and con's of completing additional work. Technician performed duties that were requested. He cleaned up after he was done and provided me a receipt. I felt like Technician was very competent and did not overcharge me. Technician did not create more work for himself either.

Have used Heatmaster for over twenty years but have been dissatisfied with the leadership of the company for several years. Decided to shop and called All Temp based on Angie's List search and friend's experience with the company. The appointment was made and executed with speed and professionalism. The tech Edwin was knowledgable and gave me several good maintenance tips. I will call them in the fall for routine furnace checkup.

I have used All Temp for routing service twice and they were excellent and I will use them again. Recently, I had them rework my cold air ductwork and add a new 5" filter unit. I worked with Mike, who got me an estimate the same day and had the work done a few days later. All Temp did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the job.

Nothing much to say as there was no problem, this was just for a tune-up. It worked fine all summer.

It did not go well. We obtained service through another company.

They came out to visit and provide us an estimate within 24 hours of our call. They were able to schedule and complete installation within a few days of us deciding to hire them. All Temp showed up on time and did the furnace installation with great care. We were pleased with their response time and their service from start to finish.

i have since had a problem with the air conditioning- as the tech told me would happen. the system has out lived its usefulness. In the spring i will contact AllTemp and have them give me a bid on replacing the furnace and the condensing unit

I scheduled an a/c tuneup during at a time in which I was having a contractor perform extensive repairs and upgrade our electrical service panel. The technician was unable to do the tuneup, because our contractor's electrician did not properly hook up the a/c compressor to the electric. The technician kindly said another technician would return after the contractor fixed the problem. After our contractor failed to fix the problem, another All Temp technician returned and was able to complete the tuneup after correcting the electrical connections inside and at the outdoor emergency disconnect box. I was thrilled that the technician was able to get us up and running during the extreme heat in July by making an electrical repair that our contractor's electrician was not able to figure out. Both technicians were very professional.

At first it started off not so well. I was waiting for them to show up and they never did. I had to keep calling until they finally arrived. They kept saying they were on their way, but didn't show. There was a scheduling mix up and I think they actually went to my old residence. Once they got to my current home, they went through and cleaned the unit and did everything they were supposed to do. The tech also gave me some great tips on how to conserve air and how to send air to the rooms that we use most and to cover the vents for the ones we don't use often. I'd have to say after doing this, my bills were lower and it seemed like the main rooms we use were much cooler. Great tip and at the end of the day, they did a great job.

Could not go up on roof to check the work, but other aspects of job were satisfactory.

The serviceman called before he arrived to let me know that he was on his way. He performed the inspection and cleaned both units. No other service was required.

Overall, the experience has been very good. They stand behind their work and the people on their team are efficient, on time, and do an excellent job of explaining the issue and what they are having to do to fix it. I have had only one so-so experience where they missed a major issue (the actual root cause) in a prior visit and I felt I was paying twice for what could have been one repair. Would recommend them to anyone.
