Excellent. All Temp was very willing to work with my schedule. The technician showed me how the broken component caused the issue and provided information about additional maintenance that I might expect given the age of the equipment.

Everything was great, they came in, replaced my air filter, my humidifier filter, did general clean up of the heater. Took about 45 minutes. Would hire them again in the future.

It went great. I liked that I wa able to get an appointment quite easily and also liked that the technitian arrived on time and was efficient with his time.

My furnace quit working overnight and All Temp was able to get a service truck out the same day. They arrived when they said they would and called ahead to let me know 45 minutes in advance when they would be here. They also let me know about all costs up front (service fee due) and made sure I was ok with that before sending anyone out. The technician was very helpful. He got my furnace back up and running quickly and made sure I knew how much the part cost before doing anything. He cleaned the furnace as well as showed me some basic troubleshooting if anything else happens. What I really like was that he stayed for a bit after getting it running again just to be sure the ignitor was the only issue and that it wouldn't shut down 20 minutes after he left. The technician and customer service was absolutely fantastic. I will continue bringing them my business.

We scheduled a routine furnace and water heater service, and upon arrival the technician discovered a crack in the furnace heat exchanged. It was a cold day, and about to get colder, but it was necessary to shut off the furnace. A salesman was on the phone with me immediately, visited the house later that night, and we had a new furnace, humidifier and water heater installed the next day and were warm for the weekend. There was a problem with the drainage of the humidifier, as it was not run properly on install and caused a leak, but All-Temp technicians came out twice -- first to provide a temporary fix, then to run a new line and solve the problem. The repairs and return trips were warrantied and conducted very soon after my call. I recommend this company very highly. They took very good care of us top to bottom, but I was never quite sure of the price. It seemed high, and wasn't ever broken down for me in a way were I could itemize. But, for overnight service and great followup, the price might have been worth it. I also feel like the initial install crew should have run the humidifier drain line correctly the first time. They got it right in the end and were responsive and pleasant, so those are very small knocks. Call them and you'll be happy.

Fantastic - very responsive, exactly on time, efficient, respectful and patiently explained all work done. Seemed to really care about doing a good job, and my furnace is running better already.

Everything went fine. I appreciated that the visit was finished on time (actually, a bit early) as I had to take time off from work to be present (condo building requirement). The service man was polite and seemed to work efficiently. Everything was fine with my A/C and furnace (I had them checked just as part of routine maintenance) and they have been working fine since the visit.

The tech was on time, friendly, and got things in tip top shape in no time.

All Temp are fantastic people and real straight shooters. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! We had our 20+yo furnace go out on us one chilly morning again, and All Temp came out the same day to take a look. After scoping the heat exchanger plenum, they showed us that the exchanger was heavily cracked and unsafe to use. We had expected this because of cautions we received through our home inspection when we bought the house. A new heat exchanger would have been nearly half the cost of a new furnace, so that really moved our decision in the New Furnace direction. After getting another quote based on a coupon from Angie's List, we let All Temp also bid. They beat the coupon by 200 dollars, all in! Needless to say we went with them. They came out the very next day and installed a brand new 92% efficient system, well suited for the square footage of the house, and were completely done by early afternoon. The installers showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone that we dealt with at All Temp were super friendly, helpful, honest, and communicative about what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what we should expect. That alone is worth the price of their service. Please hire them! We have to support great businesses so they stay around! Thank you All Temp!

The scheduling was pretty easy over the phone, they gave me a broad window and then the day before I Was able to call and get a more specific window when they would arrive. They showed up and got right into action.

I was excited to buy this Big Deal and happy to see that All Temp was a company close by which had great reviews. The booking went smoothly (except that I also bought the A/C check as advertised, but I couldn't book it until next season even though, technically, the deal expires...so I am not sure why that was an offering). The tech arrived within the time window provided and went through all his checks of the furnace and water heater. He explained how the whole house humidity works and provided other useful information as I requested. He finished his work, said everything looked good, and left. A little while after he departed, I realized that the furnace was cycling on and off very rapidly (like on for 1 minute, off for 2 and on for one again). Nothing like this had happened in the two years I have lived in the unit. I was concerned so I called the tech back to ask if this should be happening. He was able to return late that afternoon to check it out. He was unable to say what was causing the rapid cycling. We changed the air filter (which he'd originally said didn't need to be changed) and things started working again. He really had no explanation or even a theory, which was disappointing. I was quite frustrated that the tech left the first time without waiting to check how the furnace was cycling to make sure that everything was, indeed, working well before he signed off on the appointment. After the tech left the second time, I realized the furnace was no longer coming on at all. The tech had left the switch to the entire unit off. This allowed our space to get rather chilly and caused unnecessary alarm that there was yet some other inexplicable thing wrong with the furnace. I found this to be unprofessional, kind of like he left it off on purpose so that it would not cycle and we would not notice if anything was going wrong. Overall, it was a fair experience, though the maintenance was performed. However, I do not have great confidence in the work based on the experience. I plan to request a different tech when I contact All Temp to schedule the A/C check up in the Spring.

They performed an A/C unit inspection / annual maintenance for two properties (1141 west Washington - this review and 949 west Madison - separate review sent earlier this week). Allowed me to schedule the visit around my timing. Showed up on time, were courteous and professional. He did not mind me watching him and asking questions during the process. Ended up needed some additional freon. Very timely and helpful. Would definitely use them again.

The price is competitive. Will use them again.

Making an appointment was easy. They called to let me know they were running a little late. The serviceman put paper booties on and checked and serviced all three units. The service man was polite and cleaned up after himself.

Excellent! I did extensive comparison with about 5 other companies. All-Temp flat out had the best price, best warranty, and quietest air conditioner. Unlike competitors they resisted the urge to sell me a bunch of unnecessary additional services, such as re-configuring the air ducts. Two other companies were strongly pushing the duct reconfiguration saying the unit would not operate efficiently without, and "we would be sorry". All Temp simply said we don't need it, and if the unit does not perform to your satisfaction we could invoke their money back guaranty - which was given to us in writing. Unit performs better and quieter than our original, and we saved over $1000 compared to nearest competitor They were very professional in their implementation - though they arrived about 6 late due to a scheduling screw up. When we had them out in the late fall for to do our annual heater maintenance (used to use another company - who lost all credibility with their A/C bid) they were also very profession. Better yet, they avoided the upselling we were so used to from the prior company we used

Service person was very meticulous....showed me the filter which needed to be changed. Spent adequate amount of time doing the cleaning and maintenance of the furnace.

I contacted All Temp to come out and perform an A/C tuneup. Due to the heat over the summer there next appointment was a couple days out but that didn't bother me since my A/C was still working just not cooling as well as it should. On the day of the service, they arrived promptly on time and began to look at the A/C. They noticed the switch that activates when the thermostat starts was not working correctly and therefore the A/C would not always start properly. They also noticed that the refrigerant levels were low and therefore I was not getting the proper cooling in the house, which is why I originally called. I authorized them to fix the switch and fill up the coolant and 45 minutes later the A/C unit was working optimally. They also cleaned the whole unit and gave me some tips to keep it running optimally. I highly recommend this company and also use them to service my furnace.

I bought a coupon for A/C inspection and tried to arrange a service. Called the company and received a return call the same day. Was told that the weather is too cold for them to perform an A/C inspection and urged to contact Angie's list to get reimbursed for my coupon. Though I did not use their service, I thought they were very professional and honest.

Came over for an A/C cleaning. Cleaned it. A couple days later there was an issue with an ice build-up. They came over and spent the necessary time to fixed it. Only additional cost above and beyond the angie's list deal was for an additional part that was needed.

Everything went fine. The technician called approximately 30 minutes before his arrival to make sure I was home. He arrived promptly and completed the work efficiently. I had several questions about the new furnace regulations that are going into effect in May 2013 and he was able to answer all my questions. Will definitely use them again.

I introduced my neighbor to this company and he has called them every time he's needed something done since then. He coordinated with me getting a winter checkup on our furnaces. Normally it is an $89 service but with a Big Deal from Angie's List it was only $59, so it was a superb value. I can not recall the technicians name, for which I apologize because he did a great job. He called in advance and was on time. He was professional and polite, answered questions in ways I could understand and showed me a few things as well. He also discovered that two wires in the furnace had been shorting, melting the plastic cap that tied them together. (Shorting wires... *in* the gas furnace... OMG.) He showed it to me then fixed it as part of the service call. So yes, I highly recommend this company. It is the third or fourth time I've used them, and I've always been pleased with them.

The initial installation was very smooth. After the parts came in, it took about a day to install. The guy arrived first thing in the morning and stayed here until late in the evening to get the job done. I was impressed that he didn't go home and come back the next day. The old boiler was removed the same day and the work area was left spotless. A year later it would not turn on. They said it was under warranty and sent someone out right away. Someone here had turned a knob they should not have and it wasn't getting any gas. Well clearly that one was on me so I asked how much do I owe you. The guy said his boss told him not to charge anything. Wow! I'm very pleased and have peace of mind as to what is in the basement.
