Great experience from the call to the company to schedule the appointment to the serviceman that came out to perform the service. The service was performed efficiently and with care.

Technician arrived on-time. He inspected my 20 year old central AC unit on the roof. He added coolant and did the necessary cleaning. He was helpful in explaining potential problems that I might have with the unit. However, there was no attempt to pressure me to replace the unit. When the time comes for a replacement, I would look to All.Temp for that purchase.

AllTemp's service person did the annual furnace inspection as part of an Angie's Big Deal. The technicial arrived on-time, was pleasant and competent. He took the time to explain the inspection process, possible issues, and did necessary cleaning of the furnace components. I've had no problems. I'd use them in the future.

My HVAC system was originally serviced by another company before using All Temp. Up until I used All Temp, I only used the company that originally installed my system. I am very, very pleased by the work that this company has performed. They are very informative of all the work that needs to be done. Mark, specifically, knew exactly how to fix my air cleaning system. All Temp is very professional and punctual. He called me to let me know that he was running a little late, and when he got here, he went right to work.

Company came beforehand to describe work and give quote. Once work was agreed upon, they showed up on time and preformed work on one day. New high efficiency furnace (required outside venting from furnace room in our basement) and new air conditioner outside. Work was preformed well and on time.

Called service line, found a good time for an appointment, confirmation call the night before. Technician came during window, checked furnace, replaced filter, cleaned furnace thoroughly, including fan and gas jets. Ensured that furnace was heating efficiently. This is part of the annual preventive maintenance service - hearing in Fall / Winter and cooling in Spring. An excellent cost-effective service.

Everyone involved was courteous, professional and well informed not just on what they were doing, but why they were doing it as well as the implications for our family. I will definitely use them again next time we have the ducts cleaned.

It went very well. The technician was very professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. The work was done well, and the person did not do any type of unnecessary upselling.

I had scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 1 oclock. Nobody contacted me and nobody showed up. I ended up calling them and they said they would have somebody call me, but I told her nevermind and would find a different service provider.

I have been using All Temp for several years to do annual maintenance and check ups on my furnace and my air conditioner. Last year my air conditioner quit on Jul 1st. It was 100 plus degrees. I had an new a/c unit the next day and life was good (and cool!). In January, a leak in the roof destroyed my furnace. I had a new furnace the next day and life was good (and warm!). During the course of the installation it was discovered that my gas tankless hot water heater had not been vented properly. After an exhaustive search, All Temp located the correct venting system for a model water heater that had been discontinued. Beverly in accounting was particularly helpful in quickly providing the documentation I needed for my home owners insurance. Thank you again All Temp!!!

They said they would not service this address. Because a former tenant at this rental address had stiffed them on a bill, and they wouldn't come to this address unless the owner paid that tenant's bill. ( He had already cost me $15,000., and I was not about to flush any further $$ for anything related to him.)

The installation was fantastic. They arrived at 8:30 am and were finished by noon, were very courteous and friendly, and cleaned up after. Getting to that point was a bit more difficult though. There appeared to have been some miscommunication with the person who came to look at the units/space and provide a quote. However, I don't have any reason to believe that was commonplace rather than just an issue of bad timing. Otherwise, I am very happy with the work that they did and the end product is just what I wanted and for the price range that I expected.

Our home had three feet of water in the basement due to flooding in this area. Once the water was pumped out, I called All Temp to have them come out and repair or replace the furnace. The repair tech showed up on time and cleaned out the water that was still in the furnace and replaced the control board which had been underwater and was no longer working. Total repair time was 1 hour.

It worked out great. I have used them since.

The installation went very smooth, the area was left clean, and the equipment is performing as expected. The installers encountered a few unexpected issues but quickly resolved them and moved on. I own other properties in the area. I will definitely use then on my next install or repair.

Kevin did my annual A/C inspection today. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. Took plenty of time to do a thorough inspection and testing. Job well done, Kevin! I have used All-Temp for all my HVAC needs for 10 years, with never a problem.

We had purchased the Big Deal coupon for a tune up but we spent more than that with them. But it was reasonably priced though I don’t recall the amount we paid them. I liked that they were very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what the problem was and what they were doing.

Technician not only checkd the A/C system, he checked the furnace and the water heater. He gave instructions on maintaining part of the heating system. He cleaned and tested the outside A/C condenser and pump. He left the place clean and tidy.

Very well. Quick visit. Glad that All Temp made the trip to the south side.

They did a great job. The posting was a little misleading. They intended it for a boiler service only, but when they found out I had a ( inaudible 01:01:6) heater, or furnace, they still ( inaudible 01:05.3) and did a great job. They accommodated me and described the misunderstanding about the deal. They were polite, professional and the inspector that was out at the house was very thorough and professional.

No problem with appointment for estimator, arrived on time and seemed quite competent (ignoring the beat up car that he arrived in). Clearly explained what he recommended, what the other options were and answered my questions without being condescending. Didn't feel like he was overselling, and his pricing was great after we negotiated for a bit. Only a 'B' on Responsiveness due to the somewhat haphazard scheduling process. As some other reviewers have noted, it seems like there isn't a lot of focus on scheduling jobs and getting right back to customers to keep them in the loop. I felt a little like I had to pester the estimator to get the job scheduled and to get confirmation of the appointment date. Original date was missed because the estimator wasn't ready for community building permit requirements though, to his credit, he told us a couple days ahead of time that we would have to reschedule. Work was planned for Friday, day after the massive rainstorm in Chicago. Luckily we didn't take on any water, and I was happy that the crew showed up about the time that I expected (9am or so). Crew did a fine job, though I'm not an expert and can't gauge whether or not they did everything right. Furnace works, and I assume the A/C will as well if Chicago ever warms up. Crew worked hard, didn't leave a mess behind, answered my questions, tolerated my dog and my young daughter (she has lots of questions...) and finished at a reasonable time (about 5pm). Would use them again, but recommend that they refine their scheduling process so that things are a bit smoother.
