I received 3 bids and All Temp was the most professional and explained the work will be done. John did a greet job and we’re very happy!

Our AC went out during peak season and All Temp was out extremely fast to complete the replacement. Our sales rep Adam went above and beyond to deliver the kind of customer service that completely exceeded our expectations! The installers did a remarkable job for a very reasonable price and provided fantastic follow up support if necessary. I would absolutely hire them again - top notch professionals!

Went better than I expected! Call the office to schedule an appointment, received one fairly quickly. When the technician came out, he was wearing his PPE and went to work. He advised that my boiler just needed maintenance to get it up and running. Work was done within an hour. I even got a discount for being an Angie’s list member! Bonus!!!!

Our AC went out in the summer with my pregnant wife, they were very responsive and got my unit replaced quickly and for a great price. Would definitely use them again!

Some one did come in a timely fashion to go over the project. Never followed through with an estimate. Did not return subsequent phone calls. Truly unresponsive and unprofessional.

John came to our home on 9/21/20 and said he would provide a bid by the end of that week. I followed up twice the next week... It is now over 2 weeks later and we have given up on this contractor.

It went good no problem very helpful and friendly service

Installation went well. I chose by "YELP" referrals . I feel I over paid out of sheer desperation. A/C was shot . The salesman was a bit cocky, arrogant. I needed it & I got it fast. Salesman claims of an $ 1800. rebate were B.S.. I was apparently taken off the final price. Very SLY !!! Still they are highly recommended.on YELP................................... P.S. Installer was a Pro . Thus I feel secure in that area.

Very pleased with All Temp. They surpassed my expectations. I found Kevin to be honest, professional and very friendly. Thank you, I will recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or install.

My experience with this company was filled with empty promises, questionable repairs, unnecessary expenses, and management that simply couldn't be bothered. It’s been a three year ordeal with All Temp, trying to get A/C functioning-- at a cost of over $5,000 -including replacing a coil under warranty after less than a year with a labor cost of $825--something technician Brian found unusual. At the end of June, it was determined I needed a new condenser. Installation was promised on two different dates before they showed up to do the job. (8 days later than originally scheduled). Rick J, General Manager, wouldn't take my phone calls or respond to messages when trying to get answers. Adam M. (who mentions he is the cousin of the owner every chance he gets), lied, took no responsibility for delays, and spoke to me, a woman client, in an incredibly dismissive, demeaning way. Quite unbelievable and certainly unacceptable. Condenser was finally installed. And, while a small price adjustment was ultimately negotiated, this process was far more upsetting, costly, and time consuming than it should have been and I have no intention of using All Temp again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.

A Customer Service Nightmare. Our experience with AllTemp has been the absolute worst customer service we’ve ever received. We are NOT the type of people to complain. We tried our best to be understanding and patient, but this company and its management has only treated us with indifference and disrespect. We wanted to warn others before they decide to have their air and heating serviced by this company. We had them install an AC unit for our condo in September of 2019 (So less than a year ago). At the start of July, we noticed it was having trouble getting to temperature (Despite the machine running non-stop, the room temperature would actually heat up to uncomfortable levels throughout the day ). They sent a total of 8 technicians over the course of 3 weeks, most of whom only cleaned the machine, added more Freon/Puron, and told us to let it run. This never amounted to any solution and wasted everyone’s time. We called in many times, expressing our concerns that all the technicians did the exact same thing and nothing changed. Bryan, one of their technicians, actually made our unit stop blowing cold air all together. He quickly left, telling us to “let it run” and said he’d follow up. It only got hotter from there- reaching nearly 90 degrees inside our home. It was so bad that my family and I had to leave our home in the middle of the night and stay at a hotel. We were finally able to speak with both the Service Manager, Dale, as well as the original person who sold us the machine, Mike Clark. We were shocked when both of them blamed us for seeing issues they did not, and told us they would not send anyone else because it “was costing them too much money.” This is completely unacceptable, and we’ve never felt so belittled by a company, especially when it was their 8 technicians/ managers/ sales people who could not figure out the issue. A good company manager’s main priority, if the job is not completed or the customer is not satisfied, should be to do all they can to make it right- and then some. However, throughout this entire process, this was never done. We never received follow ups from anyone at the company until we called in- not even to let us know when appointments were scheduled. It got to the point where we were calling them several times a day. We felt beyond frustrated and helpless when our concerns were met with indifference and refusal to help from management. It wasn’t until the 9th technician, Zach, came at 10:30pm that we feel like the problem was sufficiently dealt with. For now, the air conditioning seems to be working properly. However, if we notice issues in the future, we will not be returning to AllTemp to fix it, machine warranty or not. Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with this company. To this day, we have not received any sort of check-in from AllTemp to see if the issue had been fixed or even to offer a simple apology. It’s clear that once they got our money from the sale of the machine, we did not matter to them. They claim to be able to fix the issue the “right way and the first time.” Unfortunately, this is just not true. It takes at least 9 attempts for them to fix anything, and we won’t be back for the 10th.

Literally the most unprofessional and worthless company I have ever encountered. On Tuesday, a technician came out to diagnosis my A/C unit as it was blowing room temperature air out of the vents. He comes down and tells me that he replaced two parts but otherwise the unit was in fine shape and that I shouldn't be afraid to use it. It worked for less than 48 hours and then started acting up again. Two more technicians come out, don't wear booties, get my name wrong multiple times, and then tell me that I need to completely replace my A/C unit. I don't mind having to replace it, but from the comments their technician made on Tuesday - pretty confident and self assured that the health of my overall A/C unit was in good shape - to what happened Thursday is to me absolutely unreal. I tell them I'm not interested in moving forward with their services anymore. So a different company comes out Friday and sends me pictures of my A/C unit in which the metal siding that covers the wires was left open and exposed by the All Temp technicians and the All Temp technicians had written their name all over my unit. It takes me a lot to write a public review like this, but given the total lack of unprofessionalism and that absolutely horrible advice from these so-called experts, I felt that it was important to hopefully warn at least one potential customer and prevent them from throwing their money away.

They came early in the morning for a new HVAC install. Everything went well. They were neat and clean. The price was well below a comparable system from another company. They provided several options to replace out ageing HVAC system

Do not make any business from this company. Adam McRae is a liar. He introduced himself as the cousin of the owner that he can get the job done fast but end up rescheduling installation twice. He even blame me that his tech came over but we were out. Good thing I have a security camera that shows that no one from all temp heating and cooling company showed up!! Another lie from Mr “Cousin of the owner Adam Mc Rae! Stay away froM this company!! Bunch of liars!

Impressive work from start to finish. Marvin Dain examined our 28 year old LENNOX condenser, found a leak, and told me the model was being discontinued-not worth fixing. He advised replacement with a Bryant which would not contribute to global warming. A few days later, Mike Alasu, installed the new system. He clearly enjoyed crafting the air handler to fit the inside of a closet and patiently explained the operation of my new Honeywell thermostat. Plus, we got $917 Angie's Instant Discount! AllTemp has been a family business in Chicago since 1938 and their employees are very happy to be a part of it.

The team at All Temp did an incredible job for us. I have two elderly parents and the installation team did an incredible job choosing the most efficient path for the supply and return ducts and realizing my parents and I would be there while this was going on and wanted to minimize the noise and dust. They did a superb job managing both our installation and being mindful of my elderly parents. I would defintely hire them again.

I needed a diagnosis of the damage to my furnace after about 6 lines of copper was stolen out of my mult unit. so new pipes and parts for furnace

Excellent!!! I called at 8am and was scheduled the same day between 12 and 5 pm. Technician called at 3pm that he was on the way. Technician was very friendly, courteous and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He called for the needed parts to pick up (motor) and returned and finished the job to our total satisfaction. Zac did an excellent job and he is highly recommended. Don’t look any further for a service provider. Thank you All Temp.

As young minority home owners we tend to be preyed on in this industry to over pricing, low quality work or good rating companies not willing to serve all of Chicago. Not in this case. Our family was treated with integrity, respect, and professional. It felt down right awesome! Thank you John and Cody for the excellent work. We appreciate the safety tips and bringing to our attention the faulty work that other companies performed in relation the the work you did. We could tell the difference in our treatment instantly and wanted to show our gratitude by offering water bottles and a thank you letter with a small token. John told us, " Keep your money we are going to do a good job regardless". This was surprising we felt said and pleased. This company is amazing and the "good talk" does not stop with their slogan they also have a "good walk" and it shows through their workers and quality service and more than reasonable prices. It has been about two or three weeks and the mini split system is working perfectly. Thank you!

The installers were professional, personable, punctual and paid attention to detail. I'm very please with the work they did.

Scheduled an appointment for July 5....representative called and cancelled at 12:30pm. Rescheduled for July 16 (12-5 window), representative called me at 4:30 to cancel again. I've used this company in the past with no issues; however, cancelling two appointments shows me how little they care about their customers. I would not use this company just based on the fact that they do not care whether the customer is inconvenienced or not. Bye All Temp. Never again.

To this day I still have yet to receive a call or email acknowledging my request for a new heating/AC system installation. Ended up going with another vendor. Very disappointed. My experience with them a few years back was positive.
