They were very nice. The representative that came out did an excellent job. He was very helpful. I didn't have any problems. Everything went well. He told me what had to be done and they had to order the parts for my radiators. When the parts came in, they came back and he installed them and I didn't have any problems. He explained everything to me. The price was reasonable.

They seemed very honest and straight forward. I had used them before to install my furance. They did a good job.

I established an annual maintenance agreement with All Temp to clean the furnace and replace the filter. They came on time an time and completed the work. The serviceman was professional.

Went well. They came out at 12:30 AM on a Sunday when we were without heat. We have also used them for routine furnace and AC maintenance.

They were very responsive to our request for an estimate. When the gentlemen came out he called ahead to make sure I was home, then once he arrived and looked at the work which needed to be done he took plenty of time to explain my options as well as making certain I understood everything they were planning to do. He answered all my questions, and was extremely professional yet personable as well. The day the workers came to install the new system they were very punctual, and worked many hours until the job was done. As they did the work, they took the time to explain what they were doing. I felt very respected by all members of the team.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I bought 2 deals. It went fine. They did a good job. They had to come back out for something that was gonna take longer. For the first job, they came n time and on the second, they were fairly delayed. But they got it all done in one day.

One of our furnaces would not fire. All Temp scheduled the same day we called. Technician was courteous and professional, and quickly determined the problem was a switch. Since it was at the end of the day he could not get a replacement part, but he set up a bypass with one of his switches in case we needed heat over night. Tech came back promptly at stated time the next day and quickly insalled the switch, and we had him go ahead and replace both switches. Very happy with the service and price.

Because I'm not knowledgeable about HVAC, I needed assistance better understanding why our house wasn't cooling. Both Thorn and Kevin were professional, informative and engaging. They provided options for both service and maintenance, including quotes for purchasing and installing a new AC unit. They didn't pressure for me to purchase anything and left after providing me with the information that I needed to make an informed decision about how to move forward.

First, Matthew, the sales contact, was excellent. He made the case for going with All Temp without bashing his competition. I did not feel pressured or like he was trying to up-sell me. When I did decide to go with All Temp, he was able to get the install scheduled when I asked for (on basically two days notice). I always felt like he was being straight with me. The install went very smoothly. It took maybe 4 hours. I heard no complaints about having to carry the A/C units up and down five flights of stairs to the roof. The installers were very professional (even going so far as to ask before getting some drinking water). I was pleased with the price, which was 20% below the next competitor (and included four semi-annual maintenance calls for free). I would definitely recommend All Temp.

I scheduled an appointment to get a quote for the replacement of my heating and air conditioning systems for a new home purchase. I had to schedule my realtor to meet us to get us in, drove 40 minutes from the burbs to get this appointment, waited for 40 minutes -- no show, no call. Rediculous!

Of course everything quit working on the hottest day of the year so far. Called All-Temp as I drive by their building on my way to work and checked them out on Angie's List . All reviews looked great so I called. I knew they'd be busy and didn't expect them to come the same day. My AC was 17 years old,, so I knew I needed a new one installed. The sales rep John came out on Thursday evening and spoke with my husband and I and explained why it wouldn't be feasible to fix. We agreed on a new installation and they came out on Saturday and did a very clean job and the installers were very courteous . Discussed having the furnace checked later as that is also 17 years old..We now have a ten year warranty and can be cool on the hot days ahead!

Prompt and professional. Had to pay $150 for them to come out the same day as the a/c broke, but they replaced the broken motor and the a/c was up and running again w/in an hour.

Prompt professional service, Amazing customer service, They have done my home, and my neighborhood HVAC for years. They really care about service and professionalism, working till I was fully satisfied. I also was very pleased with the fast response to my problem.

Had a GREAT experience with both Margaret B. in customer service and the technician, Miguel. All calls and emails were answered promptly and the service appointment was exactly the time I scheduled. Great job!

At the time of the install we believed everything was fine. About 2 years later, we were selling our condo and had a house inspection that was required as part of an offer we had accepted. That inspection discovered mold growing on the HVAC unit flex connector and connector hoses. In order to remediate the inspection issue, to allow the sale to proceed, we called All Temps to look at the unit. They sent out a 20+ year veteran from the repair unit to look at the situation and he determined that the installers used the wrong material for the connector hoses which allowed them to be susceptible to mold. He conveyed that replacement of these pieces should be covered under the warranty, because they used improper materials. Because the issue was with the install, we needed an installation person and not a repair person to correct the issue. While at our place, the repair man called the main office and reported the issue along with his belief that the replacement should be covered under warranty. He also expressed that this was an urgent matter and we expected to hear from an install person within the week (This gentleman was great and good to work with). We did not receive a call from All Temps, rather, we had to call them. Given the importance and time sensitive nature of this repair, we scheduled an appointment for the following week. All Temps sent out an individual from install who started asking what we needed done (despite having the paperwork from the previous technician in hand). We referred him to his associate's conclusion and the paper work that clearly stated what needed to be done and that it was covered under the warranty. He proceeded to call the office and repeated questions that had been asked during the original visit. He said we would be charged for any work he would do, thus we sent him away. We called All Temps again to schedule another appointment and clarified what their original technician concluded and that we expected them to honor their technician's opinion and warranty. They sent out another install person who pulled the same routine of asking what needed to be done and calling the office while at our place and stating he could not do the work for without payment. We spent several weeks going back and forth trying to reach a manager and were eventually put through to our original sales person Mike Clark, who also vigorously questioned us as to what we needed done and also questioned us on the conclusions of their own technician. After finally getting in touch with the Manager, he again pulled the routine of asking what the situation was, despite also having the paperwork from his own technicican clearly idenfiying the conclusion that the install was done with the wrong materials and as a result mold was present on the HVAC. The Manager said he would send someone out (although never agreeing to honor the warranty). The following week another technician showed up to perform the work. He looked at the unit and said he didn't have the materials and would need to go get them. An hour later he called back and said he could not find parking so he could not do the work and we would need to reschedule (please note we live in a condo that has its own parking available for tenants/contractors which he used just an hour before). At this point we were running out of time to fulfill our obligation to correct the inspection report item for the real estate contract, so we called Four Seasons to do the work. Within 48 hours of our call the situation was repaired. Four Seasons also concluded that the install was done improperly and corrected the work that day at a cost of a few hundreds dollars. Turns out, it wasn't just that All Temps used the wrong materials, they connected the HVAC unit to a defunct humidifier, thus causing the mold issue. The take away for us was that All Temps spent more time and money to avoid honoring their warranty then it would have if they just perfomed the work. Thus, "caveat emptor" when All Temp's sale persons boast that the HVAC comes with a 10 year warranty. Further, in the materials to be a "Bryant" dealer, the company's motto is "whatever it takes" - clearly for All Temps this means whatever it takes to avoid honoring your initial promises.

Everything went fine except for the placement of the thermostat. Since it has been moved I expect it to perform well.

I've been using All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning for 25 years. Everything was fine. I'm on a plan of their's, where I pay $150.00 or something a year. That covers both a check of the furnace and the air conditioner.

I got several bids to replace my air conditioner. Other companies wanted to charge me as much as 4500.00. Mike came out to my house to do the quote. He was great. He clearly knew what he was talking about, was not pushy and was in and out quickly. He was also the only person who didn't charge me for a estimate. Everyone else told me I needed a bigger air conditioner than what I currently had and suggested the most expensive one money can buy. Mike was quick to point out that my air conditioner was the right size for my space and that we live in Chicago not Miami, so I don't need some super deluxe air conditioner. In short I feel that Mike was the only person who was honest with me. I was a little worried that the unit wouldn't work well for such a cheap price, but it works great! My whole house was cooled down less than an hour after the installers left. The actual installation was quick and easy. They sent 2 guys and it took them less than 3 hours. I'm so glad I went with all temp and saved over $1500. I will use this company for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.

I called All Temp, had no problem scheduling a convenient time. The technician came out as promised, and did a thorough inspection, cleaning and testing of my central AC unit. I also asked him about options to increase the efficiency of the unit, and for cooling my upstairs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer my questions.
