Annual checkup of furnace. Professional scheduling and service. Replaced the pad for whole-house Aprilaire humidifier as part of an annual program. Good deal.

We decided it was time to update our old heating system with no air condition. We contacted several H/AC companies for estimates and suggestions and decided on All Temp. All estimates were within the same range. We choose All Temp because we had used them several years for cleaning and repairs on our old system and were always happy with their service. Again, we were very satisfied with the job they did. They were always punctual, polite and friendly, and very knowledgeable, including the gentleman who reviewed the house, made suggestion and submitted the estimate, the men who installed the system, and office staff. We will continue to use them for the yearly inspection and cleaning.

The Technician was punctual, courteous, and was able to explain to me what he determined was the issue and provided me with choices on how to approach. I inquired if he had time to provide a maintenance check on the furnace since he was there already and there was no hesitation. He provided tips on how to prolong the life our the central air system and furnace. Overall, it was a good experience and would recommend them.

My furnace went out while my husband was in the hospital and I had just gotten home in the evening. I have used All Temp for years and they had installed the original twin furnaces. A repairman came out and got the heat running for me but said they were in very bad shape and suggested the salesman come out the next morning, which he did. He helped me figure it all out and get the furnaces installed immediately. I felt well taken care of and am satisfied the the knowledge, product, and labor. Customer Service is great.

Provider was prompt after heat was out. Repairman was knowledgable but a little on the messy side. Blew out fan and replaced gas valve. In t he process, I discovered that my pressure valve had been damaged in the repair AFTER he had finished. Company replaced at their expense the next day. Would use this company again, but technician needs a little better quality control.

The service provider seemed to do a good job. He said the diaphragm needed to be replaced and I should call the office to make an appointment. When I called the office the first time in the afternoon, the gentleman said he would call back before 5 pm to give me options for an appointment day and time. He did not call back. I waited two days and called again. The same gentleman remembered me and said he was waiting to hear from my original repair man about the size of replacement parts. He said he would return my call. He never did. And it is three months later. I guess they do not want my business and they have enough business.

It went very well. My wife says he was thorough and explained everything. We were having a difficult time with our a.c. clicking on too many times or not enough, but it was because the thermometer was not working correctly in the thermostat. He replaced the thermostat and ever since then it's been working like a dream. The price and date may be off, but I know the price was reasonable for the service we requested.

I've use All Temp for some time now and had no issues regarding there punctuality or doing the work that was required. They informed us when the work is done and answered any questions that we may have. Thank you.

The two employees were on time and did a great job with the installation. They also did an excellent clean-up after finishing the installation.

I had the company come out to perform the services with the big deal. They came out the service was great. Good experience.

He fixed the problem with the thermostat. However, he didn't do much to service/check the AC unit. I understand that the freeon (sp?) was ok and the unit was working ok, but for a $76 service call, I would hope that he would at least vacuum the grills to remove debris ( he didn't ). I would use the company again, but request a different serviceman. When this company checked the 2 furnaces last fall, they did a VERY thorough job. For that visit I'd rate them as EXCELLENT.

During cleaning, the tech had used a hose to spray off the A/C unit and during the process had sprayed off most of the coil. He didnt really provide a good explanation for what he was doing and what could be done to fix it just stated that its an older unit and it will eventually break down. It broke down a week later.

Went great. Larry was the technician - was prompt and professional. Neighbor and I had ballparked a price range to do the work and they were right in the middle of that range. Was very happy with the service.

Service went great. Very responsive and polite and provided good suggestions about my HVAC upkeep/equipment.

All Temp came to service my furnace that stopped working on a very cold January day. The technician named Jason told me I needed a new furnace (my furnace was only 10 years old) and that he woud'nt even try and repair it. He supposedly did a meter reading for carbon monoxide and told me the levels were dangerous, and that I need to get out of the house. I contacted the fire department and an honest repair man the next day. The firemen did a reading and found no carbon monoxide and the new repairman installed an ignitor for $120 and 2 years later it is still going strong. I contacted the owner of All Temp, he promised to return my money and pay for the hotel I should never of stayed at because of Jason's incompetence. 2 years later and repeated phone calls, I have never seen my money.

I am extremely happy with the service I received. I just wish that I would have phoned sooner.

I was pleased with the services. The technician was timely and explained the services rendered well. We had no issues, so further action (i.e., beyond check and cleaning) was not needed.

They were great in every way! I like their response time and they are not trying to up-sold me; I like the honesty and their professionalism. I didn't pay for any extra charge.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and it turned out fine. I did have to purchase several humidifier pads so there was an additional cost of about $80. I think they gave me a little discount on this because I have used them before and I am an Angie's List member. It was easy to get an appointment. They were pretty good about working with my time schedule. I was pleased that I did not have to arrange my entire day to have them come out.

He did was he was supposed to do and he was efficient.

I initially called All Temp for an estimate on replacing our A/C which was about 5 years past its design life and showing signs of being on its last legs. Matt from All Temp came out and took the time to assess the needs we had in our home and what kind of system would work well for us. He walked me through how the system works and where the potential trouble spots were in the system we currently owned. He also took measurements of the duct work to determine if it was up to snuff. He gave us a quote and we expected to sit on it for a year or two until the system broke down. Well, nature had different plans for us and a string of 90+ degree days were the final days of our A/C system. I called Matt the second day to see if we could move forward with the install, after telling him a few days before that we were going to wait. He was very cordial and managed to schedule our installation for two days later- not bad considering how busy the company was with all the heat. Two installers came and were both very professional. All in all, the job took around a half day. During this time, the installers were both friendly and talkative, explaining things as they went. They left the work area immaculate and you would never know they were there. I have worked with other HVAC companies in the area and I don't think I have ever felt as comfortable with a company as I did with All Temp. They do not talk down to you or try to upsell you for the sake of upselling. Matt could have easily tried to push us to get a new furnace as well- the rebates would have made it an attractive offer. But he understood and respected that we only needed the A/C addressed at the time and just worked with us on that. They also provide a great service plan where A/C AND furnace service for two years are included in the purchase price of the new system- even though the furnace was not replaced. Not bad at all as that is easily $300-$400.

I purchased a big deal for the service, and it was excellent, they did good. They were on time, they did their work in a timely manner, and I can't say anything bad about them.

I was looking to replace the furnace and AC units in my condo and called All Temp to do the job. It took them several days to return my call. Then showed up late at my place to determine the kind of furnace/AC to install and quoted approx. $8000. My wife was at home initially accepted the quote not understanding that the equipment they suggested to install is cheap (~$3000 if you buy it yourself) and not much of an upgrade over the stuff we already have and is functioning (80% efficiency furnace, they suggested to replace with another 80% efficiency furnace). So when I found out I asked the job to be cancelled. They didn't get back for more than a week to confirm the cancellation. Then attempted to come install the furnace. Told them it's been cancelled already. Then they tried to reach me another week later, after management probably noticed that the job got cancelled. I'm surprised this company gets such good reviews. I could, maybe, be at least understanding about their high fees if the service would be impeccable. But is not.

I was a pleasure to work with Matthew to figure out what system would best work for us. He was prompt in getting information to us and in answering emails. He even helped us with figuring out the rebate possibilities. He truly provided enough information for us to make a well informed decision on our purchase. The workmen were prompt, professional, and even with one small snafu ( they needed a high ladder to complete part of the job, they completed the job in one day and left us with clean work areas and a great working system. We will definitely work with All Temp to maintain our equipment and will recommend them to others.

I purchased the big deal coupon for this service. I thought it was a positive experience. He came out and talked to me about what he was doing. He gave me an honest report on the status of my air conditioning unit, so it was good. I’ve actually used him for other things as well. So I have called him back.
