It turned out great. We have used them for some other work too. They have just always been professional and they do their job well. They came out around the time that I purchased the deal.

Technician was very helpful and talked about the current type of high efficiency furnaces available if we do replace ours in the future.

Started with an emergency call on sunday. Got water heater to come on, but it went back out. All temp order replacement part and install the next afternoon. Responsive and delivered as promised.

They were very professional. The price was very good that's why I went with him. The work was quick. They were very fast with it. Even though it was a very difficult installation, they made it look easy. They're very experienced.

I found my bedroom radiator was leaking pretty badly. I think it had been slowly leaking for quite awhile, but it was hidden from discovery by a dresser until it got real bad. All-Temp sent a guy out pretty quickly to do the estimate and he shut off the water to the heating system to stop further damage. I really appreciated that. I was lucky that it was the end of April, so I managed without heat. The house is old, so they had to order a radiator to match the others in the house as closely as possible and the right length. It had to come in two parts because it is so long. So, the parts alone took a month or so. Of course, because of the time of year I found the leak, my repair became low priority as the AC season was getting started. They finally had time for me in mid-September. My main problem with that is that I had to keep some bedroom furniture in the living room all summer because I couldn't be moving furniture back and forth. And, considering that they made a few appointments then canceled at the last minute, I'm glad I wasn't moving it back and forth. That's the only reason I gave a "B" rating on responsiveness. On the "A" side, the two guys that did the installation were very good, very professional, and very freindly and helpful. They ran into a lot of extra work to access the pipes and they put things back the way they found them when they were done. The new radiator works great and seems to heat better than the older ones in the other rooms. I don't know how to rate the pricing catgory since it would cost me $70 to $80 for each and every estimate from other companies, so I didn't get any other estimate. All-Temp seemed to be about the highest rated, most experienced heating company on Angies, so I just went with them. It was probably a reasonable price. I was able to take advantage of a 15% off coupon and that counted for the estimate and the work. I appreciated that. Mainly because of the excellent work to two guys did, I would definitely use this company again!

We interviewed four companies before deciding to work with All Temp on the purchase and installation of a new furnace and AC system. We wanted to gain a better understanding of what type of furnace/AC our house required as well as the range of pricing. All Temp was very responsive in sending out a sales person promptly to meet with us. He provided us with several options that would work for our house. He showed a willingness to work with us on pricing by honoring all Angie's List and online discounts. All Temp is a Bryant dealer, and after doing some research, we learned that Bryant is an outstanding brand in the furnace/AC industry. We also learned that the quality of the install is just as, perhaps even more, important than the furnace/AC itself. All Temp has Bryant-trained technicians. Our install went smoothly. The technicians worked for a full day and concluded the day by walking us through the equipment operations. Our sales person visited our house several days later for an install follow-up and was able to answer all of our questions. He also provided us with the PeopleGas/ComEd rebate form to help make the rebate submission process easier. Overall, a very smooth experience.

Everything went well as usual. I've been using them for nearly 8 years, and they are always great. They are efficient, do good work for fair prices, and have an easy scheduling system.

Mike Clark, their sales rep, is extremely bright, easy, and knowledgable. Wasting no time, he knew exactly what to look for. In 20 minutes, he knew exactly what we needed and offered several high quality products for about half the price of the other companies. All Temps have polite, friendly and professional service reps. They removed our huge new boiler, quickly replaced it, and left the utility room spotless. The boiler is guaranteed for 10 years and has a lifetime warranty for the heat exchanger. We've never before experienced the quality of customer service, professionalism, honesty, and incredibly low prices for such high quality products.

Our furnace was making a really loud humming noise during operation despite kicking out heat just fine, so we called All Temp. The receptionist offered to do a service/cleaning trip after explaining we would get more bang for our buck if we got it cleaned and diagnosed (it was like $20 difference). We scheduled an appointment for that same week. AL (I think that was his name, that's all there is on the form..I apologize if not) Showed up about dead smack in the middle of the offered window of service (Window was 8-1, he was there at 11). He explained everything he was doing, showed us what was wrong, and offered tips on future maintenance. After initially saying the noise was from our blower motor going out, he fortunately was there long enough to hear it when it got really loud, and said the motor needed replacing very soon & showed us how the blades were rubbing inside the furnace. He said he could probably get one that day, and called his shop. He didn't pressure us into buying it, but rather recommended it since winter is coming. We decided to go for it, and he went back to his shop and returned with it in an hour (not an easy feat as we live in Hyde Park and his office is up North). He installed it in about an hour and cleaned up after himself and cleaned the entire closet the furnace and water heater are in. Very professional and knowledgeable. We also signed up for a membership club which increased the price a little, but enables them to come back and service the AC unit at discounted rates when spring comes. I'd recommend this company to anyone. I thought the prices were fair all things considered, and they were fast and professional. Thanks a lot!

As usual with All Temp, things went smoothly. I called and got an appointment for the day and time I wanted which was only two days after my initial call. Eddie, my favorite tech at All Temp, called 20 minutes before his arrival (per my request) and came about 30 minutes into my service window. Eddie worked quickly, explained a few things I needed to know, and gave me advice on managing the thermostat. Easy, quick, and efficient. Can't ask for more than that. I've used All Temp for years and have never had a bad experience. In fact, they went above and beyond earlier this year when we got home from spring break vacation to find our furnace had died. The house was 55 degrees and it was 40 degrees outside. We placed an emergency call into All Temp at 2:00 p.m. and the furnace was fixed by 5:30! I coudn't believe they could get someone over that quickly, much less fix the furnace, especially considering a special part was required. Love All Temp.

Used Angie's Big Deal to get my 10 year old central air conditioning unit re-charged. Technician mentioned to me that the unit was low on Freon and that he suspected a leak in the system. He told me he would inject some dye into the system and to follow up with All Temp in another month or so. I did that, and another, more experienced tech came out. He checked the unit and mentioned the unit was still low on Freon but could find no evidence of the dye in the system. He suspected the first tech incorrectly charged and/or injected the dye into the system. He re-charged the system up to spec and injected more dye into the system. He also told me to follow up with All Temp in a month or so. I followed up with All temp and another tech came out, checked for evidence of a leak, and found none. No further follow ups were done.

Went well, took a few minutes of troubleshooting, but that was less time than I expected.

I've been using All Temp for nearly 4 years, and I've always had good experiences. They are responsive to any issues that arise, their technicians are very knowledgeable, and they do quality work.

I'm 100% satisfied. Rudy was knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. We have an old boiler that works, but a previous company told us we should replace. Rudy was not pushy at all-- he let me know the pros and cons of replacing the boiler now, as well as explaining what components could be replaced individually if broken, and what components would require us to replace the whole boiler if broken. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived. Reasonable price, great service-- I will definitely call All-Temp again. (Note: The $80 cost of service includes a 15% discount I got for mentioning Angie's List).

Service tech got here earlier than average. Normally for most people that is great. But for I me I just got out of the hospital and was just getting up. He went down to the boiler and determined that they could not service the boiler. It was a commercial boiler. He very polite. They gave me a recommendation. It was really a waste of time for the service provider and for me.

They did a good job with no Incidents and everything went well.

The Big Deal was actually for a different location of AllTemp but they were kind enough to work with us as we had already purchased the Deal. They transferred the deal price to the AllTemp that was closest to our location. They were able to schedule us the same week. As requested, the technician called to say they were on their way. The arrived on time and performed the clean and check. The technician was very knowledgeable and had a great personality -- he knew all about air conditioners and explained everything as he was working. It was a great deal and a very positive experience!

He fixed a problem that I wasn't aware of, but it made the furnace operate more efficiently and safely.

We've used All-Temp off and on throughout the years.. while living in Chicago - and now in the near west burbs. In the early Spring of 2012, my furnace decided to breath it's last breath. We had both All-Temp and Four Seasons come out for quotes. All-Temp was prompt and quick - and gave us a reasonable price right up front, including two years worth of inspection service in the sprint and fall. Four Seasons not only quoted high, but also kept calling us back to lower their price after we indicated that we had selected All-Temp. For the actual installation, All-Temp took about a half day to put the new Furnace unit in. We've had no issues - and they've also provided prompt and dependable follow-up inspection services, to fulfill what they promised within our contract.

The scheduling was handled well. I called on Monday and was given two possible appointment times that week. I took the soonest time. The service tech came right on time. He explained that there were two possible causes to the problem. He tried the cheapest and easiest first, replacing the thermocouple. That didn't work which meant the gas valve was the problem. The boiler is well over fifty years old. He did not have the part on his truck and had to go buy it. When he returned, he quickly completed the repair and checked to make sure everything was working correctly. He was courteous and willing to explain the steps as he assessed and repaired the boiler.

The serviceman who came was prompt and professional, and did a great job at a perfectly reasonable cost. I've since used AllTemp for A/C and furnace servicing and checking - no matter who has come to do the service, I've always been very satisfied with their work and their cost. What I especially like is that they always explain to me clearly what they are doing and why - this is very important in my opinion, and it increases my trust in their work. I highly recommend them.

Performed routine check and maintenance. Talked me through what he was looking for when checking the A/C unit and gave me some good general info. The guy was helpful and did a good job. Although, it felt like companies are doing these cheap inspection deals to get a foot in the door and try to sell other products/services. For example, the tech told me it would be a good idea to add something to boost the power to the A/C unit when it first kicks on so it doesn't take as long for the compressor to wind up to speed. He said it would extend the life of the compressor, I declined because it seemed expensive and I couldn't rationalize it.

He was great. He gave suggestions and we followed through with them. He was professional and showed up on time. He helped us with the filter and with the humidifier, etc.

Went great. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and prompt. Would use them again in the future.

They were pretty knowledgeable. The only problem I could say was that he did not return calls. The response was not that great at first. The service was pretty good. The service itself was good. I had to call them to confirm the time they were coming and they were a little late.
