All Temp Heating & Air Conditioning

Not that much he could do for my very old a/c but he was experienced, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. So, I still have a comfort level with AllTemp and now am contacting AllTemp about a new a/c.

He fixed it. I have no complaints.

It was very good. They did everything they said they would do. I had to pay extra for more Freon. Their price was reasonable. They were on time and explained everything.

My experience went well; in fact, I am thinking I’ll call them again. They were economical, they were on time, and the scheduling was pretty easy.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it turned out fine. They came out about a month after I purchased the deal. They were knowledgeable and gave prompt service.

Very well. No problems, issues, or weirdness.

They said that sometimes air gets into my system and that I should eventually need to install an air eliminator. If I don't have it installed, this could become a recurring problem every few months where they will have to bleed the system every time the vents stop giving off heat. I had another problem that they couldn't fix but they provide me with some good solutions on who I can call to resolve the problem. They did a good job, were very professional and got it done quickly. I would hire them again.

With a furnace out and the very cold weather in Chicago, I desperately needed repair service. I called during off hours and they called the next day to schedule. They indicated someone could be available between noon - 5pm. I asked for a more narrow timeframe and they said they could not do so. I live in the city, and so they likely have repair personnel within 30 minutes to an hour of me at any point in time (I don't live in a remote area). As such, I think a 2 hour window is good and a 3 hour window reasonable. Oh, and I did indicate I was an Angie's List member but it had no impact whatsoever. A 5 hour window is not reasonable and doesn't seem very customer focused nor customer friendly. Just sounds like the cable company. And I was correct, I contacted another provider who provided me a 2 hour window and booked services there.

Everything turned out well, and we were happy with the results. The technician was friendly and professional, explained the work he was doing, and answered all of my questions. Furthermore, scheduling was very easy, the technician arrived on time, and the work was done without any problems

Everything went fine. The price was really good.

Diagnosed problem within 15 minutes and replaced pipes within 30 minutes. We've had a handful of furnace issues over the years and these guys were by far the most honest with the issue at hand. I appreciate that they immediately imply the furnace needed to be replaced (like our last service provider, which we declined) and assured us that everything is fine and it should work well in the future. We would definately use them in the future.

Overall, on time, completed the work satisfactory, showed great professionalism and met all expectations.

5I woke up yesterday and no heat. I called All-Temp and they said they would come before 2:00PM, and would call first. In about a half hour the man called and said he's be there in 30 mins. He came, fixed my boiler (thermocouple) cleaned up after himself, and was gone. They were knowledgeable, courteous, fast and professional. And I thought it would be more money. Highly recommended.

It went fine and they did everything they said they would.

Prompt scheduling, arrived on time, fixed the furnace.

I selected All Temp because Matthew, the senior estimator, took the the time to explain to me all that was going to be done and put together a carefully crafted quote. Additionally, the next closest quote was about $1K more. I also received a quote from a third company whose pricing was astronomical. We ended up getting a 96% efficient, two stage, variable speed furnace along with a 3.0 ton A/C. Additionally, I received two years of free maintenance. Lastly, the warranty - 10 years on parts and labor. All in all, I thought this was a great deal considering my other options. The guys completed the work over two days. They were hard working and efficient. No issues at all.

The things went pretty well with them. We researched the quotes from some other people and they were sort of mid-ranged; but the work that they described sounded that we got a better deal, even though they weren't the cheapest. The responsiveness was good. They were early once. They are very professional.

Since this was not a routine maintenance service call, I was expecting to pay 200-300 for the call. It was a relief that they only charged me for a routine cleaning. This is an honest, well run company and I'll turn to them for all my HVAC needs. There is a bit of a trade off. The professionalism in customer service and with the repair technician is lacking a bit, but for the pricing and the quality of work I can deal with it!

great we've been using them for several years. It's hard to rave about the work, not because they do it poorly, but because we don't have anythng broken so can't see an improvement.. But siince we've never had any trouble with either, we can only be grateful to have such a reliable company to take care of these important matters with so little fuss.

Tomorrow, Monday March 24, All Temp is supposed to call us about 8 AM to confirm and get this done. I will add more after the work is completed - our furnace is supposed to be installed tomorrow! Today is March 24 and Sebastian and John arrived close to the time promised. They laid down drop cloths and started tearing out the old furnace. Everything went perfectly. The had some issues with reconnecting our Aprilaire whole house humidifier but they were successful with that too. Price was exactly what had been agreed to and since our house is on the market, we will make sure to encourage the new owners to us All Temp for their HVAC needs.

I am very very happy to have dealt with great people, and a great company, Rudy the technician is just plan awesome, he tells you exactly what is wrong and nothing else. I never felt that I was being sold for anything, it was more like a recommendation of what I should do, can't say enough of how great Rudy is. I would also like to mention the Sales guy John, he worked with us on prices, and also offered 3yrs financing at 0%. I would also mention they were both on-time.
