phone call was answered quickly and service was scheduled for next day. Repair man, I believe his name is Gelisio, arrived in time as provided. Within minutes he knew the problem and corrected it in less than hour. We used this company last year to install a new furnace for my brother. Then as now we're very pleased with All Temp and its services.

Excellent. Performed regular cleaning on my air conditioner and furnace. Service man was on time and very polite and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

I was told that they would visit on Tuesday, June 3rd between 3 and 6 with a 30 minute warning in the form of a phone call. I was never called and they never showed up. I tried to call their main number and was on hold for 15+ minutes when I gave up. They obviously don't value my business even though I've been a customer for 5+ years.

It was a quick visit. If he looked at the unit, it was really quickly and not as thorough as the previous service providers who performed the same service. He just told me that everything was ok and that I didn't need the service.

Great! Reliable and efficient. Showed up on time and worked hard to finish the job. Friendly technician and salesman. Will also use for maintenance.

Excellent provider. I had tried to replace a part myself, and it didn't go as planned. They fixed my mistake and brought everything to working order. Courteous, prompt and professional. I'll use them again!

Sales person is VP of Sales. If the head salesman is this unreliable, don't do business with them.

We have had a NEST thermostat for the last year or so. The device stopped working so I followed the excellent troubleshooting guide on the Nest website. Unfortunately, this lead to the determination that there was no power to the device. I double-checked all of the circuit breakers as well. I then got a voltage meter just to confirm that there was indeed no power. From there I did a little searching online to try and figure out the cause. It seemed like the most common issue was a faulty low-voltage transformer at the HVAC unit. My wife called to schedule an appt with All-temp since we have used them before to service this unit. She told them the following things: 1. There is no power to the Nest thermostat 2. My husband checked all the circuit breakers 3. He suspects, but doesn't know, it could be the low voltage transformer since this unit is 10 years old. This was the response from the guy on the phone at All-temp "Oh really?!? Is your husband some sort of HVAC expert? How would he know what?s wrong? By the way, we don't know anything about servicing Nest thermostats." He also said it would take two days until he could get someone out, which would have been no problem if he'd been polite. Keep in mind we are a returning customer seeking to pay him to come do work in our home. We certainly recognize his expertise and were just trying to say what we thought the problem might be. Needless to say, we called someone else. Four Season was able to come that day to work on it. I would never use All-temp again.

Would not recommend. They clearly are disorganized.

As usual, the service went very well. The office called in the morning to inform me when he was arriving. He arrived within 15 minutes of that time. The technician was professional and very neat and tidy. His uniform was pressed and his tools clean and polished. He put covers over his shoes when he entered our home. He cleaned up after he serviced the condenser. In fact, he left the area around it even cleaner than when he found it. He made a thorough inspection of the equipment. He checked the filter in the air handler and found it needed to be replaced. This was not unexpected because it looked filthy to me. He measured the operating parameters of the condenser carefully and found they were to factory specifications. He checked the thermostat. He found the batteries were O.K. and the thermostat showed the proper day of the week, time and temperature. He ran the air conditioning system for some time to make sure it was cooling well.

The guy appeared to be in a hurry and was very hard to understand. Waste of $. Spent 15min at the house measuring the gas, said I could recharge for $450 ($45/lb.) , but that it would probably leak out and that he guessed I needed a new unit. Got the strong impression that he didn't want to do the repair. By the way the system is about 6 years old (installed in 08). Called another guy that was a lot more informative and didn't charge me $89 for absolutely nothing. Won't be using All Temp again.

All Temp is working to get the system adjusted to cool as desired. Hopefully I will update the review to be A's in all categories within a week after one adjustment. The installation went well. They were very clean. We had one of their "best guys" so people kept interrupting him to be their expert on other jobs. That prolonged our installation by a couple of days. The system is very very quiet inside the house and outside the house. We had 4 cooling zones installed in the house. There are 2 wall units, 1 each in 2 bedrooms upstairs. They cool very well. For the 1st floor we had two "slim" systems installed on the basement ceiling. Vents were cut in the floor from the basement ceiling to the 1st floor for cooling. There are 3 cold air vents and a return per "slim" unit. In our living room and front sun room area we have 3 cold air vents. For the second "slim" unit we have a cold air vent in the office, kitchen, and dining room. I anticipate loving having the 4 zones of cooling. It was great that no construction was needed and no closet space taken for ductwork. No holes in the ceiling like a high velocity system. Our one concern that we asked All Temp to address today (Memorial Day) was that the temp outside hit about 86 degrees, but the house temp would not go below 73 degrees. I emailed specifics today and received a call back from our sales representative same day on Memorial Day. Everyone is very responsive. We just need the system to be tweaked. It is a 4 ton system, more than enough for our sized house.

They definitely did a good job at resolving the issue. My water heater no longer leaks, and they were very thorough at explaining why it was leaking. However, they may have been a little too thorough, saying things multiple times when I understood it the first time. Also, they spent a decent amount of time "getting stuff from the truck" - hence I was charged past the first 30 minutes of service; job really should have taken 15 minutes.

It was incredibly easy to schedule All Temp. I received a discount for mentioning that I'd found them on Angie's list. Pricing was clear and explained over the phone and by the technician. Pricing was incredibly competitive in comparison to other companies I had called. The technician arrived later than I would have liked (we were given a 5 hour window and he arrived about 2 hours into the window. Once there, however, he quickly and efficiently performed the service. He provided great advice about the type of filters to use (he actually recommended going with a cheaper filter and explained why). I would definitely use All Temp again.

A crew came to my condo on the scheduled date. There were clearly issues from the very beginning. There was a massive disconnect between what the actual techs installing the new systems thought should be done and what the salesperson agreed to provide. There were issues with the current configuration of my systems, which they were hired to replace. After hours of back and forth with their office the salesperson ultimately called me directly and said that an installation manager would be coming to my unit to give me a revised quote and that we would have to reschedule for another day, which was ridiculous. The crew packed their gear and left. About 10 minutes later the salesperson called me again and said no one else would be coming and that they will not be doing the job at all. Given what appeared to be obvious issues from the techs perspective this chain of events is unacceptable and was a complete waste of my time. This is after I paid a $2600 deposit (which was refunded a few days later) and took the day off of work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they do not stand by their quotes, and in my case at least, did not even provide a solution to their perceived problem, only picked up and left. I REPEAT - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The issue was with the wiring. They came back on a separate date and attempted to install new wiring and were unable to do so due to a bend in the conduit. The men were very nice and attempted to remove the old conduit and install new conduit but were unsuccessful. They reviewed the issue with me and recommended calling an electrician for the job.

They first came to give an estimate and a couple of weeks later they completed the job. The service was excellent. I was pleased with the cost, the value, and the productoverall.

Unfortunately I dealt with a very unprofessional woman who answered the phone. I called around 9am on a Tuesday to try and schedule an emergency same-day appt due to tons of water coming out of my ceiling vents. She told me no available appointments until next Tuesday and hung up. For a company that touts its 24/7 service and has such glowing reviews, I was surprised to receive such service. I won't be calling them again.

The service tech was held up at the previous job, but called to let us know. He showed up right at the new appointment time. He said our 16-year-old furnace and a/c system was getting close to the end and talked up the benefits of a new one, efficiency, tax breaks, etc. but not in a high pressure way. Eventually he offered to add refrigerant and see if it restored our cooling and didn't leak, and maybe we'd get another year out of the old girl, which worked. The only minor downside is that we now get monthly calls from a salesman pushing that new $4,500 furnace, which I guess is to be expected.

They did a good job. They were honest, fair, and came on time.
