excellent customer servcice. I confused my appointment date and when the technician called to say he was on his way and I wasnt home, they were quickly able to offer me later time for the same day. Rich called 15 minutes before he arrived, was effiicient, polite and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use them in the future.

It went well. I was afraid he would say we needed a new water heater, but he said it was in perfect condition and was able to clean it. It couldn't have gone better. He also cleaned up and was in and out in about 45 minutes.

Service was very good! Larry was prompt, professional and courteous. He answered my questions and worked efficiently. Highly recommend.

Needed to have three furnaces cleaned and checked out in a building we own in Chicago 1400 miles from where we live. They were prompt and called on the way to the building and when they had finished and were very thorough in their explanation of what they did and the condition of the furnaces. Price charged was very fair and reasonable.

Prompt service. Answered many of my questions that were ancillary to the cleaning. Professional and punctual. I will use them again for this service, and possibly bigger projects.

I was pretty happy with their service. I had no complaints about the workers at all. When the sales person came over to talk about what I needed, I said I wanted the biggest one they had because it was very hot that day. He said, well, you probably don't need the biggest one. He was very honest and got me what I needed. I was expecting the price to be a lot more, I thought it was reasonable.

They were very nice people. They went out of their way to show us what they were doing and show us what needed to be fixed. They spent a lot of time here. They gave us a good price.

They gave great service. There was no problems. They were professional. They way they conducted themselves was professional and cordial.

The technician was Zac for the April 1 air conditioning tune up. He was on time. He explained to me how the system worked. The different components were cleaned and tuned-up. I did have a slight problem with the thermastat that Zac was able to fix. I was very happy with Zac. He even climbed into a very narrow attic to inspect part of the system installed there. Other technicians have avoided the attic in the past. I am very happy with All Temp and with Zac.

Everything was all good with them but their prices were too high on whatever I was looking to get done at that time. We didn't go with them but they did come out and give us a quote. Everything was professional and give them A's across the board except that the price was more than we were willing to bite off.

We had no heat on a Saturday morning recently. A tenant in our building recommended AllTemp. They gave us a window of 3 hours for their arrival. He arrived in about 2 1/2 hours. He was professional and thoroughly looked over our situation and determined the problem. I was grateful that heat was restored to our home without much problem in such a punctual manner and and at such a reasonable cost for a weekend.

We were very pleased with All-Temp. We needed an assessment of the common area furnace for our 3-flat condo building. We were initially seeking a second opinion when we called All-Temp. We decided to go ahead and replace the furnace. Their quote was lower than the initial estimate we received so we went with them. The installer was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. The cost included the new furnace and installation.

Called on a Sunday because we had no hot water. Pilot would not re-light on water-heater. Had someone here within 1/2 hour and they did not try to sell or alarm. Quickly resolved problem and minimized the disruption, money, hassle that could have been considering it was old appliance.

Ask for Mike when you call them. He is wonderful. He knows about sizing the unit properly and also knows a lot about engineering. We were having trouble with our heater system which was only 4-5 years old. We had spent $600 having another "well regarded company" that I will not name out to try to identify our problem. They could not figure out what was wrong. After having inconsistent heat, we finally decided just to bite the bullet and put in a new unit. Writing off the other one as a lemon. Mike came in and measured the place only to find out that we had a heater that we about 2.5 larger than needed. He said the cycling was messed up and the solution was to install a new heater. I was actually oddly relieved to know that the unit was not a lemon but the company that installed it was the problem. Anyway, Mike was amazing. We had some issues with a very cold basement and bad drafts but Mike was on it. He was extremely professional, helpful and stood behind the service. I thought that he must be the owner of All Temp because he was so responsible and committed. He is not but I hope they company values him because he is the reason I will use All Temp again in the future.

They are our go to provider. We would not continue to use them if we did not have good results with them. We have been customers with them for about 4-5 years now. The technicians have all been good.

They were able to schedule the appointment in a reasonable amount of time and arrived punctual. They were on time to the appointment. They were very courteous and professional. They completed the job in about an hour. They remedied my problem. My experience with them was good overall.

They're terrific. I found them on Angie's List. They're awesome. I thought the price is good. When I signed the maintenance agreement for two visits, they call me and remind me its time. I like the fact that they're reminding me.

The tech was prompt and polite. The whole process took 15 minutes. However, I had the same work done at my parents house by Beckman Brothers. Beckman was at their house for 45 minutes. Explained everything. Even provided a follow up & they were at least $10 cheaper. In both cases, each provider said the furnace was in good working order. They never tried to up sell me. 15 minutes for $90 worth of work doesn't seem like much of a deal.
