Description of Work: RICH CAME OUT GAVE ME A GOOD ESTIMATE DISCOVERED THAT SYSTEM WAS BADLY INSTALLED AND TOO SMALL FOR HOUSE. HIS PRICE WAS 600 LESS THAN OTHERS AND HE MOVED MY WATER HEATER FREE(675 FROM OTHER COMPANIES)ONE SMALL PROBLEM WHEN FLUE WAS DISCONNECTED SOOT COVERED AREA, WIFE WAS VERY UPSET BUT RICK PROMISED TO PAY FOR ALL CLEANING. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE CREW (EDDY AND MATT) I WILL SIGN FOR SERVICE, GREAT COMPANY. AND THEY DID IT IN TWO DAYS.

Description of Work: I SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO GET MY BOILER CHECKED OUT. I WAS TOLD THAT A SERVICE PERSON WOULD SHOW UP BETWEEN 9AM-NOON. I CALLED AT 11 TO CHECK ON THE STATUS, AND I WAS TOLD BY A DISPATCHER THAT THE MAN ASSIGNED WAS RUNNING OVER AT HIS PRESENT JOB AND WILL BE AT MY OFFICE BY 1PM. AT 2:45 THE TECHNICIAN PHONED AND SAID THAT HE IS FIFTEEN MINUTES AWAY. BY THIS TIME, I HAD TO LEAVE, AND ALL HE SAID WAS ''OK''.
