Description of Work: I have used this provider for years for routine maintenance and problems as they arise with the heating and cooling systems. They consistently exceed expectations, in terms of quality, friendliness,timeliness, consistency of work product....so I'm a regular!

Description of Work: I purchased two of the air conditioning cleaning "big deal" coupons from Angies List to have Alltemp come out and clean our two units. AllTemp has done work for us in the past so I felt comfortable with them. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and started working on our two units. He immediately notified me that we have a leak in the larger of the two units. The coil needed to be replaced and according to him since we have a unit that uses the older freon that is being phased out, the coils are no longer available and we would need not only a new AC unit but a new furnace as well. He mentioned thousands of dollars. He also stated that there is no way of fixing the leak otherwise. However he did refill the freon and charge me over $500 for it (the cleaning was paid for already via the coupons). The issue I have is that my AC unit has been freezing over and I had someone else come out and look at the unit. This second technician confirmed we have a leak however he stated that 1.) the coils are still available and he could fix it for about $1,000 and 2) he could fix the leak with a system sealant and that would cost approx. $500. Further, he showed me how the previous technician didn't really clean the AC units but just sprayed them off with a hose which I could have done. I thought AllTemp was on the up and up but after this experience they will not be receiving any more business from me.

Description of Work: The Rep called prior to arrival, arrived on time, and walked me through the process. He wasted no time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. He was very thorough answering the questions about the unit.He also gave me some information on other services his company performed. The work included a cleaning and tune up of our AC unit, the worked performed as exactly as the bid offered. He was very polite and answered all of our questions.

Description of Work: First, I want to start by noting that the $75 spent is a guess. I don't recall, but it was far less than what I expected. I first hired this company to clean and inspect the a/c unit on a home I had just bought and did so because of an Angie's List coupon deal, which was a great price. The technition was on time, friendly and explained every step to me so I knew what he was doing and understood how my system worked. About 2-3 months later, right in the midst of our July heatwave, my a/c started blowing warm air. I called the company and they sent someone out the very next day. The didn't charge me a service call since they had fairly recently inspected the unit. What they found wrong wasn't something that was able to be foreseen -- a wire shorted out or something. Anyway, I was only charged for the part and labor, which I thought was very nice. That guy, too, was super friendly, on time and easy to understand. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced a 50 yr old heating system and a 20+ yr old ac system. I handled the process for my client's Bid was competitive and work was done on time and expeditiously. They did more than expected. Great guys.

Description of Work: Our AC stopped working during one of those horrible hot spells early in the summer, and we feared the worst; that we'd need to replace the whole unit, but our All Temp professional came by after he'd worked all day, and told us we just needed a part replaced. He was friendly, respectful and very professional. Would use again.

Description of Work: Rep was very cordial and professional. Times for scheduling were very convenient and available within a few days (versus other companies that had a month long waiting list). Just did not like having to pay $120 for 2 1/2 lbs of R-22 Freon that were measured using an electronic scale! So adding it all together the service call cost $175 which I think is a bit high.
