Description of Work: Great! I am using them again this year.

Description of Work: provider never showed up. They were supposed to come between 12 noon and 5PM. I even called them right before noon to make sure they were coming and to have them call me before they were at my condo so I could let them in. When they didn't show up I called them at 5:08pm and they asked for all my contact information all over again. I had to leave for appointment at 5:18pm. I received a voicemail from them at 5:20pm to call them and I don't want to have anything to do with a such poor provider.

Description of Work: I have used them before and they were fine. Just got off the phone with them, standard contractor behavior. They were a no call no show for an appointment with my location: no call no show and i am left having to call off work, track them down to figure out what happened and reschedule. Try another company. When is good service going to catch on with all temp?

Description of Work: Installed new furnace and a/c. hauled away old ones. They didn't need a lift to put a/c on ranch. they promised not to charge the extra $300.00 if crane wasn't needed. I saw I was billed for the crane and called them. They immediately reversed the charges for the $300.00. Good thing they said to have them come out before start a/c in spring or summer as the unit wouldn't have worked unless a repairman fixed how they left the new unit in the winter. Pete took care of fixing the new a/c unit. I did notice that heat from certain areas of furnace was coming out and wasn't properly taped up. I think I called them when they were probably short staffed and couldn't get a reply. I wound up taping the areas around sides of furnace where hot air was leaking out due to not being taped up properly. Other than that they were very good.

Description of Work: New ac and furnace installed. Home was a vacant home for about eight months.when we went to use the furnace it did not function properly. We had All Temp put in new unit and we were very happy with the level of work done. We will recommend them to family in the future and will continue to use them.

Description of Work: Very professional salesman who knew his products. The crew did a wonderful job, on time, careful to treat your home as if it were there own. Cleaning up and removing old furnace, cardboard for new units, etc as they went not at end of job. Very responsive to any questions I had on day of installation. No smoking, swearing, or any inappopriate behavior. They removed old heating and air condioning units and installed new high effeicency ones. Work was completed carefully and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to upgrade their systems.
