Description of Work: They replaced our old furnace and AC a few years back at a reasonable price with good clean fast service in doing the work. We signed on to a twice yearly service contract. They changed the filter pad (our cost) and cleaned the air conditioning unit (no charge) this time.

Description of Work: They were resonably priced and the installation went well. Only frustration was they did not replace all of the existing pumps and are now stating that they did not include this in their quote. Wording was not clear. Kind of surprised with the total cost of the job (2 boilers replaced) that they would haggle over a $150 pump.

Description of Work: They serviced our air conditioner at the beginning of the season. We also used them for our furnace. They were very nice to deal with, very professional, and I am trusted them. I would definitely recommend them, as I will use them again.

Description of Work: They bled my radiator system to remove trapped air so that the vents in the bedrooms can work again. They said that sometimes air gets into my system and that I should eventually need to install an air eliminator. If I don't have it installed, this could become a recurring problem every few months where they will have to bleed the system every time the vents stop giving off heat. I had another problem that they couldn't fix but they provide me with some good solutions on who I can call to resolve the problem. They did a good job, were very professional and got it done quickly. I would hire them again.
