Very competent, knowledgeable and they show up when they're supposed to. I trust the work they do.

It worked out very well. The technician was on time and treated the property with a great deal of respect and he explained exactly what he had done prior to him leaving. I would highly recommend them for their level of professionalism, punctuality, and competitive pricing.

I called All Temp after hours and found the woman scheduling very polite and helpful. She advised me to turn off my water heater and scheduled me for an appointment the following day. Al was our technician. He called before his arrival and came at the beginning of his window. He put on foot covers without me asking (yay). He replaced a part, which he had in his vehicle (very convenient). In about 45 minutes my water heater was back in business! Al also gave me a quick lesson on how to flush the water heater. I would use them again and recommend to others.

I am disappointed in this company. I just moved into a new condo in August, so I had a furnace inspection by All Temp and was told everything was good (the furnace is only 3 years old). A couple days later it got cold, so I turned on the furnace and it wasn't working- I had no heat. A second technician came, looked at the furnace and couldn't definitively diagnose a problem, but "cleared a few lines out" and got it working again. It was nice that there was no charge for this, as I just had an inspection done by them. The furnace went on to work fine for another couple weeks, but then a really cold weekend hit Chicago, and once again, my furnace stopped working and again I was left without heat. A third technician from All Temp came out, about 24 hours after I called, this time, the technician told me he could not fix my furnace. He said it may be the pressure switch, as that is the code he was receiving, but he told me that he was doubtful that this would fix the problem. He told me we would first start with changing the pressure switch, and that the people that work in the office at All Temp would look to see if the part was covered under my warranty. This technician also told me that as my furnace was a Lennox, he feels more comfortable exchanging parts on Bryant furnaces which are the furnaces that All Temp installs. He told me that the office would call me first thing in the morning to set up exchanging the pressure switch. The next morning, I didn't get a call, so I called the office around 10am. The man I spoke to on the phone looked up my account and told me it was recommended by my technician that I get a new furnace, and that he had a salesman on the phone to talk to me. I was shocked by this, as it wasn't what the technician told me, and also thought it very unusual to need a new furnace after 3 years without any attempt to repair it. Long story short, I had to seek out a company that is a Lennox dealer, and that technician was able to diagnose the problem in 5 minutes (faulty pressure switch) had the part in his bag and had it exchanged and my furnace working in 15 minutes. I just wish initially when I called to set up the inspection, I had been told that All Temp prefers to service Bryant furnaces. I also think it is ridiculous to recommend a new furnace in this situation.

Their price was reasonable. The workers were fine, very professional, well trained, and good people.

It turned out well. It was easy to set the appointment up. It only took them a couple of days to come out. It was good service. He came and answered any questions I had. They are punctual, respectful and I thought the gentleman was professional in his manner and his work. So far, I've not had a problem. And he said if something occurs, to give them a call. It really was a good deal. He also called when he was on his way and I appreciated that. I would use them again.

It seemed to be working fine so they did a good job. He explained something to me and he was explaining why it didn’t work because it was dusty and it needed to be cleaned. I think that is good because a lot of time people don’t like to talk while they are doing to job. He was pretty fast about it and he didn’t take a whole day. There should be more clarity between Angie's List and the company as to what they customer purchased.

I purchased a Big Deal and I have used them before and I will use them again.

I was pretty satisfied with the service. I have no complaints. I would recommend them.

An estimate was given for the install. Seemed like they were not interested in the job. Decided not to go forward with the installation

It went great. The technician arrived on time and talked me through everything he was doing. I use All attempted every year and will continue to!

Lost my appointment, waited for 4 hours, spent $30 for dog daycare all for nothing.

Excellent service in an emergency need. Price a bit higher than other bids but we got the precise equipment we needed, on time; a special model to fit in our space and compatible with our system; works beautifully.

Frank was great cleaned everything, checked everything and answered all my questions and concerns.

Called on a Monday they came out on Wednesday in October, needed A part and filter. Ordered parts and called back. Came Saturday, installed and furnance works!

There was an additional charge for Freon but the price seemed fine. He was great, the guy that came out is an A. I believe he arrived early. He explained what was going on and how to prevent the same repair in the future. They were prompt, completed the wrok quickly and explained what the conditions were. He was extremely professional and helpful.

We were concerned since the furnace was brand new that we were just overlooking something obvious. The tech thoroughly checked the furnace and discovered that it had been set up incorrectly. He was then able to remedy the issue rather quickly although it was something we never would have thought to do. He was also nice enough to walk us through basic functionality of our furnace and thermostat. Very professional and made us feel very comfortable. Would absolutely call them again.

Extremely poorly. The technician (Jesus) took over two hours to service the furnace - most of the time was spent on the phone with his supervisor, since Jesus did not possess the necessary knowledge or skills to do the job. He also spent significant time on the phone with tech support with Carrier. His diagnosis was that the thermostat or the thermostat control module was broken, although he didn't know which one, and he couldn't figure out the part to have it replaced. I was promised that someone from his office would follow up with me the following week. I called the office the following week, and was promised that someone would let me know how much it would cost to replace my thermostat the next day. I ended up hiring Deljo Heating & Cooling - they were able to determine that the only issue with the thermostat is that one of the settings needed to be changed. All Temps was going to have me replace a $600 thermostat when in fact it is not broken. They spent two hours in my house and did not even finish the job they were paid to do. They also did not follow up with me as promised to finish the job up. The technician, Jesus, while a nice enough guy, is seriously lacking in terms of knowledge and skills to complete his job.

I completed the appt request on Angies List for dates. Never heard from them. Even after 2 weeks. So I called them directly and got service in 2 days. So I suggest calling rather than filling out appt requests, on Angies List or on their site. Service technician was very thorough. I needed more freezone (?). I had not had a tune up for a couple of years, bad me. So it cost a little extra on fee I had already paid on Angie's List. That was $85 more than price I paid for tune up. I think got at least 2 gallons or whatever of freezone (?).

Quality of work is excellent. Communication, attention to detail, and timeliness is average.

The main thing they could improve upon was their punctuality. My interactions with them was good. The quality of their work was good, but they are not always the easiest to deal with or get a hold of.

We've been using All Temp for years. We're on contract. They installed our furnace a few years back and we have a thing where they just come every six months and clean it.

Very fair price, came out quickly and resolved the problem. They did a quick diagnoses and had the part.

The service professional called me 15 minutes prior to his arrive, was very professional. He discussed the details of the job with me prior to the installation to ensure we had the same understanding prior to initiation of the installation. Worked very diligently and completed the job in approximately 2 hours. After the job, he describe all the features and exactly how to use them. He also walked me through the annual maintenance requirements. Overall, I could not be happier with the job
