Description of Work: Failed to appear for the appointment in which I had to take off of work early to get home for. He was to appear at my home after 12. I was home by 11 and at 4 I called to see where he was. The telephone person told me I was on the schedule and he would appear. At 5 I called again. they informed me he drove by the home and decided he did not want to do the job. The job was to replace the flue work from the furnace to the outside of my home.

Description of Work: I purchased my central air unit through them over 10 years ago and I call them for routine maintenance on it (which was the purpose of this visit-I had a Groupon for it). They are prompt, efficient and very respectful of your property and time. They are in my neighborhood and I always try to support those. Although they no longer make Saturday appointments, I was accommodated due to my circumstances. So, those are points in their favor in my book that keep me a loyal customer.

Description of Work: They left a hot water heater in my living room and will not respond to my requests to come pick it up. They also wanted to charge me more to have my work done, so I cancelled. All this was done after they worked on my furnace.

Description of Work: The guys replaced our furnance. They were very professional. They also had a great sense of humor which makes everything work well. They were very tidy.
