Description of Work: Had to replace our furnace's control panel. Tech came out first to diagnose. Next tech came to do the repair, which didn't seem to work right, but we had heat. He came back the next day to check it over again, still not working right, but we had heat. Another tech came out again a few days later with a new replacement for the control panel, replaced it and this one worked correctly. Also adjusted things and recommended filters to optimize the furnace's performance. Took four days total, but they kept coming back until it was right. Always pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: All Temp is my heating/cooling service provider of choice. I have used them three or four times and have always been happy with their work. I have used All Temp to service my a/c unit, twice for repairs and once for pre-season maintenance. They have been able to keep my unit (that's getting older) running and have advised me on how to keep it going (and avoid costly replacement) for years to come. I have also used All Temp to repair my heater. Again, they were able to find a reasonably priced fix for the problem. I have found their pre-season tune-up services to be worthwhile and a great deal.

Description of Work: Our furnace stopped working during a sub zero week in January. We called at midnight on Friday night and had an appointment between 10am-2pm the next day. We did pay a premium for emergency service, but it was well worth it. They discovered a broken pat and assumed they wouldn't be able to find a replacement until the following Monday. Fortunately they called around and found an after market piece and came back that afternoon. We were warm and toasty again by 4:30pm. Our experience with the technicians was fast and efficient.

Description of Work: Clean & routine check for furnace. All Temp was prompt with service although it took a few phone calls to get it set up. I do question the "sale" price since other companies were offering the same service for about half the price after we had purchased this. Since it was the company the previous owners had used we didn't do much research do I can't really complain. The technician was prompt and performed the service without any issues.

Description of Work: They were supposed to do an annual boiler check-up. |I started to have disquieting feelings when technician insisted on seeing the thermostats (other thechnicians had never done that; then thermocoupling was replaced without checking with me (there was a sticker on the unit which noted that part as having been replaced March 2014.) |Then he made quite a few comments about how old the boiler was; did it make any noises (I said "no"). That very day, the system started making HUGE banging / clanking metalic noises.I was afraid it would explode or something. | |Subsequently, I had another company come out and check the boiler system. |The awful noises were easily fixed by bleeding the water pipes. The technician could tell the temperature pretty accurately simply by touching the pipes. He took out pieces to properly clean them. |He also noted that although the system is old, it's strong, well-made, and will last for many more years.
