Description of Work: They were supposed to respond back to us with pricing. However, we never heard back from them. As a long time customer, I was very disappointed and surprised at their lack of response.

Description of Work: They replaced my air conditioner and heater. Everything went as planned.

Description of Work: Checked my air conditioned and changed out a switch.

Description of Work: They came out to service an a/c unit which was installed the previous year.

Description of Work: All Temp recharged freon and added a sealant to our central AC unit. |Ultimately, service was prompt and professional. The price was higher than I had anticipated. |My initial contact was on a Sunday, so I spoke with an on-call technician. I had left a message with an answering service and the tech called back in a reasonable time. I spoke with the tech twice. He was easily able to diagnose the problem over the phone. On both calls I got the impression that the tech did not want to add another service visit to his Sunday schedule. It was quite awkward; I had called to arrange for a Sunday a service call, but felt like I was imposing on him to deliver the 24 hour emergency service that the company offers. After a while, I just decided to call back on Monday and arrange a weekday service call. All went well after this initial interaction with All Temp.

Description of Work: Checked and cleaned A/C. The technician was really nice and he explained everything to me in terms I could understand. Another company told us the a/c needed replaced immediately, and we wanted a second opinion. All Temp's tech seemed very knowledgeable and honest. He said our a/c was fine for now and didn't need to be replaced right away. I still asked him for a quote just to get an idea in case we replace it in the next several years, and the quote seemed extraordinarily high. That's only based on the limited experience I have; we got three quotes total and All Temp was several thousand dollars higher than either of the others. But of course all the companies use different equipment and I'm sure that makes the price vary greatly. All in all this was a nice experience and I felt the technician was honest and knew what he was talking about.
