Description of Work: Our furnace went out overnight around 1000PM. Looked up this company on Angie's list and called. Their operator contacted the technician who was already out at another house. He called me back within 10 minutes and agreed to come and check out our problem. Determined that the motor on the furnace had given out. He said we'd have to wait until morning but would tell them to rush it when he got in to the office. We called around 830AM as he told us to and they were already working on our ticket. They showed up later that morning and replaced the motor - we had heat again by noon. Great service, friendly and professional.
