Description of Work: we used All Temp for years based on the company's Angie's List reviews. More recently, we had a problem with one of our water heaters leaking. It was only about 5 years old so we were surprised. All Temp selected and installed the water heaters. Turns out they are very low end merchandise, as admitted by the All Temp repairmen we have had in and out of our house in the last month. So instead of getting 10-15 years of life, we have only gotten 5 and a lot of headaches. Making matters worse, we have had All Temp out to make repairs, now repeatedly and once again, we are without hot water. There is no consistency in the repairmen who come, so we have to start from scratch each time, and remarkably, no one has stopped to wonder whether there is a problem given the inordinate number of service calls to the same residence for the same problem in such a short period of time. We are done with All Temp. Don't know if there has been a change in service or what, but the work has been subpar and we are not going to continue throwing good money after bad.
