The upfront pricing. They offered me a discount for being an Angie's List customer. Pretty straight forward. She doesn't feel like she is being charged for services I do not need. It was pretty good. He was friendly, he made sure I understood what he was doing and discussed what options I had.he was very through and cleaned up and put everything back in its place.

The technicians were friendly and the suct cleaning service was good. But my security video shows that one of them opened a dresser drawer in one of the bedrooms like he was looking for something.

I've been using them for years. I highly recommend them. They are very flexible with scheduling and the service is very good. After a while you start to build a relationship with them and they make themselves available and friendly. They are excellent in every way! They really try to accommodate you! The prices are more than reasonable. They are A+ rated!

It was covered under warranty. It took them a while to get out here. We were without AC during a heat wave and it took them four days to get here.

They did a quick turnaround fixing the problem that we found ourselves in in a hurry. I appreciated all that they did.

It went very well, with one substantial hitch: the company did not measure the flue for the replacement boiler, which needed a different diameter exhaust than the existing flue. That led to a host of problems, including having to reline our chimney, which might have been avoided or at least anticipated had the flue issue been foreseen.

Went great. Mike was spot on time for the quote, explained everything and discussed our options. We decided to go with All Temp based on pricing, Angieslist reviews and the confidence and expertise that Mike exuded. The work was scheduled within a couple of days after letting him know we had chosen him. The workers arrived on time, did the work quickly, competently and effectively, cleaned up after themselves. Overall the experience was great. We would use them again.

Technician showed up during window and completed service

To some degree, we had a little trouble getting the follow up done after the initial install.It took about 3 days to do the install. I had no problems with the (workers) folks who were there. They did a good job cleaning up after, a B level.

I was told a person would be by from 3-6 today, and they didn't show, so I called the answering service to see if they were just running late. The service said a technician would call me, and I received no phone call.

Went well Mike came out diagnosed the issue rather quickly replaced a part added coolant had me change the filer then all done cool again. I was also able to get an appt rather quickly . They stated that they are working until 7 to get as many done as possible due to the heat. I will use them annually.

Fine, discovered problems that needed to be fixed and were able to fix them the same visit.

It was evident it's a family owned business in that the gentlemen was very sincere. He brought with him numerous options already prepared, and was able to answer any question I could think of. I obtained a quote, but then was pulled off a higher priority project (roof) for the past 1.5 months. Thus, I haven't made a decision yet nor evaluated the competitiveness or quality. I'll update the review once I can focus again on the HVAC project.

This company advertises 24 hour emergency support. I originally scheduled for them to come out today, and they didn't show. I called again and received no call back. I tried again, still no call back. When I finally got a hold of them, I was told that they didn't open until 8am. I ended up cancelling my appointment and going with a different company due to these communication and scheduling issues.

Our AC went out on a hot Saturday afternoon and it looked like it was going to be a hot, sweaty night. Most people I called were booked or didn't want to make the drive but All Temp was there within the hour and fixed the problem.

I called for service and left my information at 7:15am. No one ever returned a call. I called back around 3:15 pm to see why this happened. They apologized for not having my information. They then took my information again. Then, ten minutes later I get a call from a serviceman who says they can handle this job today. They could have at least made a courtesy visit knowing they left me waiting for an earlier phone call for 8 hours.

Everything is worker. Just to make sure everything is working correctly and not to have any problems. I did not hve any problems in the winter after than. Everything works. I have used them before that was the last time. Somebody did the A/C unit too. The central air was fine too. Everything was fine. They were on time, they did a great service. They did what they were suppose to. They arrived on time. Everything was good. No problems and no complaints. I would use them in the future.

They explained to me what they were doing because I had never seen it before. They were prompt and everything was in good condition. It worked and everything is still working. Unfortunately it was hot so I had to use it a couple days. He showed me how to adjust my humidifier. Everything was fine. My main thing is if it working, and it is working good. I don't have a lot of knowledge on these things. I just want it work and it did. I would use them again for summer maintenance.

After cycling through 3 HVAC companies who were unprofessional and very un-responsive, All Temp came through like a champ! Was getting frustrated as the service I was looking for was relatively simple. All Temp is friendly , competent and do what they say they will do.
