Repairmen (Dale, Sam, Eddie) were all very friendly, professional, and punctual. Explained what they were doing, as they went along & cleaned up well afterward. Salesman (Mike) who came out to give us a quote on the new boiler, seemed honest and upfront about our options. I don't know if their prices are better or worse than others, as we didn't get other bids.

They are so organized! They call me when it's time to come out for service!

I was having difficulty finding a heating/cooling company that would return my call and actually show up to perform a routine furnace cleaning. I chose All Temp based on the reviews on Angie's List and I am very happy with the service so far. It was easy to set up an appointment and there was no problem when I had to reschedule. I was able to reschedule for the next day with only one day's notice. Eddie Hernandez came within three hours of the five hour window and called when he was a few minutes away to let me know of his pending arrival. He was friendly, professional and very neat. He cleaned both units and answered questions I had about chimney liners.

They showed up late in the day, but the service guy (Paul) spent a lot of time figuring out what was wrong, and fixing it. He also suggested a thorough cleaning which we had him come back and do later. The parts and labor cost $396.00, and he was here over an hour. The cleaning was an additional $80. It was well worth it because the other firm we had called recommended we replace the furnace and that the parts alone to replace would be over $1000! Paul also showed us their prices for new furnaces which were very competitive and included installation. He was exceptionally helpful. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Super! John did a great job. Was right on time and worked very quickly. He even checked my AC compressor for no charge as my neighbor said it was too loud. It isnt! I would highly reccomend them!

Our technician was professional and friendly. The price was the most competitive for 2 furnaces and 2 AC and was easier to grasp than other pricing. The rep at the company explained things clearly and was professionally.

Quick appointment, built around my schedule. Paul, the tech, arrived promptly, right after a courtesy call. He was much more careful and meticulous than previous companies I've used in the past for cleaning and inspection (such as checking the water pump and the boiler pressure), advising me on the care and maintenance of the furnace (which no other company bothered to do). I never knew to check the pressure gauge regulary to ensure that the boiler had adequate water in order to avoid a costly boiler problem. He also issued some welcome gas/$ conservation tips. I will not hesitate to use them again for maintenance, furnace/boiler replacement, or for that dreamed-of central air-conditioning. Price included a 15% Angie's List discount. Highly recommended with absolutely no reservations.

Frank was great and very helpful on how to maintain A/C, etc. Very professional and came out within a few hours of calling!

Both the service person and condenser installation person were incredibly nice, professional and knowledgeable, and each of them went out of their way to make sure they got the job done right (the condenser person even borrowed our pest control spray to get rid of ants that were around the condenser site!). They also did all of the work and diagnosed the problems perfectly, resulting is our paying only $2,000, versus the $7,000 quoted by an otherwise well-regarded competitor.

Tony from All Temp came out and provided a very clear and competitive estimate. They weren't the cheapest option (but still very competitive), but gave us the best ''vibe'' of the three companies we spoke to. They scheduled a Friday/Saturday installation at our request and promptly began work. The crew was polite and professional. The only snag in the process involved the need of a crane to hoist the A/C condenser onto our rooftop. Tony had originally thought that a crane would not be necessary and reflected such in our estimate. Long story short, All Temp ate the cost of the crane rental to make me happy. My wife and I are very happy with their work and professionalism and will happily recommend All Temp to family and friends.

Our AC was on the fritz during a week where the temp was hovering around 90 degrees most days. I called at 8:30am, and within one hour of calling, they had a guy over to inspect my unit, and he acknowledged that I could either replace the faulty compressor motor, or replace the entire unit. We opted for the latter and by noon that morning they had another crew come over with a whole new unit (a Bryant) and install it. Comparing their price & warranty for a 3.5 ton Bryant unit, to other company s, they were extremely competitive, especially on short notice. And one more thing: The gentleman that came to do the initial inspection, and those that actually installed it where very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them again.

We were having major issues with the A/C unit in our new condo. During the hottest week in Chicago history, we had to call them out three times, once as late as 10:30 pm. Each time they arrived during the promised time frame and were very polite and professional, they even gave me an additional discount (above discount club) on the part because of the overall experience.

On the initial phone contact company was able to give me an estimate of my needs and costs, and to schedule me for a confirming check of my needs as well as schedule me for installation. They moved so quickly that I had to cancel my appointment for an alternate bid. So from Monday afternoon of my first call to two days later, I had working air conditioning. Excellent service, on time and they mentioned the Angie's List discount right away.

All Temp was very responsive. I called for appointment in the middle of a heat wave. They had an opening that afternoon, but I opted for the following day. Needed to change my contact number before the appointment and it was no problem. Overall very friendly and made the job easy.

The first service man was quite late, and didn't call to tell us he would be late. However, once he finally arrived he was very polite. Unfortunately he didn't correctly diagnose the problem, and someone else had to come back out. It wasn't until the third visit that they problem was correctly diagnosed and corrected (water collection in the water pump).

Found a problem with the thermostat settings and added freon. Very pleased, they came 1 day after calling.

Shortly after the work was completed, I submitted a very positive report. However, after six winter months, I noticed the basement thermostat wasn't working. After two different men were sent out, they figured out that the thermostat was never hooked up to my heater and no one told us that the job wasn't finished! So for the winter I heated my basement on the upstairs thermostat. Basically, the man who completed the job didn't know how to do it. Finally, they found someone who could do it. More recently, we had to have someone come service our A/C unit. It wasn't cooling efficiently after only 13 months. Terrible experience.

I had a lot of problems with the work they did. I think this company is awful and I am stuck with them because I got a warranty.

The company rep was on time, called before he arrived, and was thorough in his inspection. He was on the roof of my building (where the unit is) and checked the vent temperatures as well. I would use them again. Called for an appointment on a Wednesday and they arrived on the following Monday.

The associate who handled our call was very friendly and professional. We would definitely use them again. The only ''negative'' thing that I would comment on is that the technician arrived during the last ten minutes of the 4 hour window reserved for the appointment but considering the distance travelled and the traffic in the area I couldn't hold that against them.

I called in the morning, and they responded quickly by coming the same afternoon. The work was completed quickly for what I considered a fair price (the system needed freon).
