The price was the best of three quotes. The installers were two hours late but called and explained the problem. They were extremely efficient, quiet, and cleaned up as they worked. I am very satisfied with the new furnace and the work performed.

I was unsure which company to choose from the list of heating and air conditioning companies, but I knew that I needed to get the situation assessed quickly. I felt very lucky to have selected All Temp and HIGHLY recommend this company. We knew that our water heater had stopped working and might possibly be leaking. My initial contact with the company on the phone was very reassuring and they agreed to come the very next morning with a new water heater on the truck in the event a replacement was necessary. They were professional and understanding about my lack of knowledge about water heaters. I felt at ease dealing with All Temp on the phone and in person. The technician was prompt, polite, professional, and an excellent representative of the company. He explained what he would be doing during the detection and replacement process; this was very helpful to me. I look forward to recommending All Temp to my friends and to using them for our future air conditioning installation.

All Temp did great work. Everyone was very professional, polite and cleaned up well after each day. They were especially considerate of my 2 year old daughter and worked well around her nap time. The job took somewhat longer than we expected, but overall I would highly recommend All Temp.

My furnace kept going off and it seemed to be a problem with the door switch. Another company wasn't sure what was making it malfunction and recommended replacing the switch to see if that would solve the problem. However, they were a no-show for the follow-up appointment to complete the work, so I called All Temp instead. He suggested eliminating the door switch altogether by bypassing it and using the existing on/off wall switch. It took him all of 1 minute to do it for a lot less money than replacing the switch, which may or may not have solved the problem.

The service was very good. The technician was on time, polite, and very thorough. He suggested that I consider their periodic service that would look at my AC in the spring and heating equipment again in the fall. It was not a hard sell. It was a very nice experience overall.

Our service tech was very thorough. He explained everything that he was doing to us, as well as showing us how to properly maintain our furnace in between service visits. He was professional and took the time to make sure we were not only satisfied, but educated about our furnace. That was over and above his job duties, which was very considerate and showed he really cares for his customers.

They were very prompt and efficient, from the estimate through the completion. The workers were friendly and easy to be around. They seemed very professional. The furnace works great. They left a bit of a mess in basement (where they removed insulation and moved wiring to set lines) but replaced nothing they moved/removed. They also left the downstairs bathroom dirty. They forgot to remove an old concrete condenser pad (which I now have to have hauled). They did not leave behind extra filters, as promised. They also marred the wall where they installed new thermostat.

Fine - but did not find the problem, which was causing excess noise. Required two visits. Technician was a no-show on second visit, and had to reschedule. They have very long 5 hour windows, which is very annoying. I actually ended up finding the problem myself - a loose metal cover piece.

All Temp sent out Mike Walsh to look at my furnace and humidifier. He was very professional and offered me all sorts of options without pushing anything on me. He gave me a price that, after checking around, was very fair. The service guys showed up on time. Because my furnace was so old, the uninstallation took longer than planned, yet the service guys did not complain. Installation of the furnace and humidifier went smoothly and quickly. I offered the servicemen a tip, but they would not take it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! I would definitely use them again.

Our furnace would not start on a Saturday. All Temp sent someone out in a few hours. The furnace started when he checked it, but it sounded like there was water in the combustion air fan. I asked the tech about it-he said it was probably normal. He checked a few things and left. The furnace stopped a couple days later. This time I took off the fan and found some water inside. I dried it out and put an elbow on the air intake outside the house, in case rain got in that way. The furnace ran well, without the watery sound. I had All Temp come a couple weeks later for normal servicing of the furnace. A different service man arrived. I had a long discussion with him on the phone. When he found out what had happened he was upset, talked to his boss, and had the original charge refunded. All this without us asking him to resolve the issue-he did it on his own. Why? Because he cared. I was irritated by the initial call, but the second call made up for everything.

We called All-Temp on a Sunday morning and the dispatcher professionally gathered our contact info and we received a call from Frank, the on-call technician, within the hour. Frank arrived when he said he would and diagnosed our problem. He replaced the blower motor on our furnace quickly and professionally. The only surprising thing was that he didn't remove the old motor or new motor's cardboard box from our home. We thought he would have cleaned up better, but regardless, the service was prompt and professional. Be sure to have your Angie's List coupon ready, it saved us over $80 on this repair!

We woke up one cold Friday morning to find that our furnace had died. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and was home on leave. I was worried that we would not be able to find someone who could fix the problem that day. I called All Temp. And they had a repair person out within an hour. The service staff was extremely friendly, and the repairman was polite and completely knowledgeable about our fairly complicated furnace. I'm sure an unscrupulous company would have taken advantage of an extremely pregnant, very cold customer and found an excuse to charge a fortune or sell us something that we didn't need. Not All-Temp. Instead, our repair person took the time to explain the problem. Drive halfway across the city to find a replacement part and clean and service the unit. All within a few hours. He was professional, yet friendly. I even received some welcome and much needed parenting advice! Our furnace has worked like a charm since. Simply unbeatable customer service.

The estimator was on time and friendly. He was able to answer all my questions and show me what options were available to me and what options did not make sense. He correctly sized a new unit for my condo. The estimator was not able to explain the poor service I had received on a failed repair from several years prior and insisted that I had my facts wrong from that repair call. The end result of that repair call was that I did my homework, used my electrical skills and located/replaced a failed $2 heat sensor that had tripped, which the repairman could not solve after 2 hours of fiddling.

Being a renter most of my adult life, I never had to worry about furnace or AC maintenance. That was the landlord's responsibility! Now that I am a home owner, I have to worry about upkeep of the HVAC system. My home is a gut rehab condo and the developer cut a lot of corners and did some shoddy work in the place. Knowing this, I wanted an outside professional to come inspect the furnace and perform maintenance and cleaning. All Temp has a good deal that includes two inspections per year. I opted for this deal, knowing I'd want the AC unit also inspected before next summer. The All Temp technician arrived on time and was very polite and informative. He performed a variety of diagnostic tests and found no issues with the furnace (which put my mind at ease). He cleaned the dust from the furnace and even patched a few puncture holes in the vent pipe. No CO2 poisoning for me! Overall the visit took approximately 30 minutes.

This company was a pleasure to work with. They came for the estimate within a couple of days after I called. We had their bid the same day. Work was scheduled and performed on time as promised without a hitch. Company followed up twice after the work was done to be sure we were satisfied. We actually called them after the first company would not return phone calls or send their estimate. All Temp did the estimate and performed the work in under two weeks. Interestingly the day they completed the work, we received the other company's bid in the mail. I would strongly recommend ALL Temp for any type of HVAC or plumbing work.

We had only been in our new home one week when the day after Thanksgiving our boiler pilot light went out. I placed the call at 12:20 pm, a technician was here within an hour, and completed the service by 2:00. Although it was a simple fix, he also checked other areas of the boiler and advised us on its condition and possible future service needs but did not try to sell us any additional parts or service. He did not mind at all that I watched him work. In fact he took time to show and explain to me the different parts of the boiler as he wanted me to be familiar with them.

I was experiencing intermittent shutdown of the furnace, initially every few weeks, eventually daily. The indoor temperature would drop as low as 60-62 degrees, until I was able to tinker with the on/off toggle switch sufficiently to reset the unit. All Temp came out to the house, diagnosed that the interior of the furnace was dirty, cleaned it out, and convinced me to not only replace an old humidifier filter but to pay an additional $30 to join their annual maintenance plan. I agreed. Next day, the unit failed again. Tech #2 found the frayed wire described above but insisted that visit #1 was a ''cleaning'' call, not a ''service'' call and required us to pay twice. I found this unfair, as Tech #1 simply misdiagnosed the problem. Visit #2, to solve the original problem should have, in my mind, been gratis.

Very well. Very communicative and was able to solve the problem.

Their service guy showed me my filter was dirty & had to be changed. The restarting of the fan was, embarrassingly, a matter of turning the thing off and back on.

They did very well. The technician checked all mechanicals.

The first appointment had to be rescheduled at the last minute but the second visit all work was performed as described. They were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Although they took more time than the estimate I was not charged more than the original estimate and received a discount as a member of Angie's List. I did have some trouble getting an estimate and had to call several times and talk to several people. They could do a better job on returning phone calls as well.

I love this company. They installed the furnace last year, and I had them back this year to do the servicing. They call you twice a year to arrange for the servicing, and they always call to let you know they are coming. The technicians are personable and really know their stuff. While the technician was here in the fall, I asked him about heating and cooling for an addition we are planning. He spent a lot of time looking at the house and making good recommendations. The company offers a good deal for the servicing ($80 per visit) and brings filters at a reasonable price. Our filters are not the kind found in hardware stores. The price they charge is as low as any I found on the internet.

I contacted their customer service and went over the pricing and found that their service plan was the most cost effective. It included yearly service on our two A/C units and two furnace units. They were able to come within a few days. They arrived on time and did a professional job.
